Just purchased about a week ago and already got a notification that my high speed internet was about to run out. Purchased because card said Truly Unlimited. No first 5 or 10 GB @ 4g then 2 GB. UNLIMITED while it worked!!$#!%

So I got a lot of things for my family on Christmas, and everything was good but this was with a phone I bought. Come to find out, the card was not active. I was told I have to send it back for rescan but I can refund. So what am I to do?

I purchased an unlocked Sony Xperia Z Premium phone a couple of months ago and bought the sim and phone card together and received $50 off of the phone. I plan on switching the service as soon as my time is up for the month. The coverage is terrible. Even though it uses T Mobile's network, the high speed data is anything but fast. Several times people tell me that my voice sounds robotic. Trying to watch a video on YouTube is frustrating. Good luck trying to load a 720p video without it constantly buffering. When I place a call, even though the signal bars are full, it drops to one bar during a call. This service is terrible. No wonder it's called "simple."

simple mobile has horrible service and extremely rude customer service. My fiance and I switched from a verizon contract agreement to save money during covid. yes, simple mobile is much cheaper, however our phones do not always ring nor alert us of missed calls. simple mobile blames it on the device. luckily, we are able to use wifi at home and have spent most time quarantining at home. We will be switching to a new company in the future

Its simple to use. Well I have a unlocked smart phone. So I didn't need to use customer service to activate. But so far no problems

Selected Simple Mobile because of a "free" phone package. That was a great deal, but there is nothing particularly good or bad about the service.

I tried this phone service and if I left Delaware County I had no phone service til I came back to Delaware County so I changed Carriers

Feels like your anywhere with more than 20 people on TMo network your speeds are terrible

Simple mobile by verizon doesnt actually transfer like they say they do and their customer service reps are rude and very unhelpful

Bought mine at the time my partner came to visit from out of the country, it was alright.

If you are just looking for a net word to talk and text on no data features than this is a great Network for you

Got this free with purchase of a Simple Mobile iPhone 6S. Great if you are a Simple Mobile user.
