Maybe it's just my area but I don't have cell signal when I use this SIM/service.

Unless you’re close to a T-Mobile site the service is terrible I found that my Wi-Fi unit which keeps timing out and it would only last for maybe 30 seconds so I’m very displeased with it and I’m going to take it back for a refund hopefully

The allocated high speed of 1GB is fast, signal is vey good

Bought 3 cards, went to enter them on my phone and they would not go thru. Called simple mobile they said the pins were bad or used but they couldn’t do anything about it and they are a non returnable item great wasted $167. The best part is now my phone won’t work says it has no service called simple mobile and they said the phone was not active and my number doesn’t exist, but has worked since May? Nearly 2hrs on the phone just to be told they have to get IT to work on it cause now they cannot activate the phone, I have a non working phone 3 dead reup cards and nothing I can do about it.

They can do a lot better if they give me more data.

It is a load card. Not much to review. It is what it is.

The customer service representatives are not helpful, and the wait to receive customer service is too long. The operating system could be improved. At that cost, three GB could be included with monthly service.

Would like to give minus star rating. no service in my area. when in service area fifty miles away, it says no phone number, cannot make phone calls. buy more service cards. what? already entered two of them and still nothing? simple mobile must use simple service area, only one spot in world where service can occur with this company. Would never recommend to anyone unless they like throwing away money.

Bad service coverage and customer service Had nothing but issues with my new iPhone and coverage and after two months still have not got anything fixed NOT HAPPY

Cool phone but I only got a month of service when the special I signed up for was supposed to give me two months of service.

Watched 3 hours of hotspot and got a message that I have reached my maximum hotspot of 10gb. Would never buy this again because according to most reviews on Netflix, it only takes about 1gb per 2 hour movie and when I had my At&t plan that was true. Bottom line. Don't buy for the Hotspot data because it's a ripoff. Hope this helps you.

This card did not work for our needs. An employee from Singapore got it be able to call within the USA and he's barely been able to use it for some reason. Calls don't go through, neither do texts. We're confused about the whole thing.

I bought it to supplement my regular data plan on an extra phone while I traveled to another state. It looked good but 3 weeks into the plan and only a 1/3 through the data it was cut off. When I call customer care they hung up on me and gave me no answers save I would have to buy a new SIM card.
