Don't buy these online...

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bestbuy scanned the wrong barcode(s) of the item(s) in the same order, therefore, the card(s) could be NEVER activated. This happened to me and my spouse a few times, and some of these problems were never solved after multiple phone calls / chats.

25 bucks wasted

Salesman at BB said they were the same. I was able to return the phone but they don't refund airtime.

DO NOT BUY SIMPLE MOBILE

Their customer service is horrid, I ordered this plan with free phones $54.88 later and I've received nothing but a hassle, I can't get a refund OR a tracking number. They put me through to 5 different people telling me 5 different things. I was told that the order # I was given by email FROM Simple Mobile doesn't work.... Nothing but trouble they may be cheap but u get or don't get what you pay for.
