I can’t give a review as I don’t have an email for the digital download

I ordered 2 sim cards and a prepaid card.All I received was the sim cards. So I could not switch my phone from straight talk to simple mobile and I lost money.Probably about 35 dollars

Never even got to use it because from the moment i bought it it kept saying the pin was already used everytime i was trying to activate it

I found the digital version very troublesome. The phone was stolen before I got it added. I was not asked about form of product. I would not ever choose digital.

Like others have said this IS NOT for the mobile hotspot this I ONLY FOR PHONE PLANS. Deceptive that Best Buy or simple mobile not clarify that on their package

Was unable to use this for the phone I purchased. I assumed it was the right phone card since it was recommended with my cell phone purchase.

If the redemption email does not show up SURPRISE you never get your money back. If you must purchase DO NOT purchase from best buy

I'm old not very technologically smart. I didn't realize I had purchased an E CARD, I thought it was just a CARD CARD. So, it is still stuck in my phone until I see my 6 year old granddaughter this weekend. How do you say it in Latin; CAHVIAT LEMTOR, or LET THE BUYER BEWARE. My bad...

They have repeatedly not sent me this card to the correct email address after 2 or 3 days online customer chats and even one in store visit. Do not buy this card if you are in need of turning your phone on. They keep saying wait two hours and if not we will refer to higher support.. I have waited 3 months now!!

As a prepaid company, it is still a good choice, much better than those other phone companies, at least it saves the activation fee

Not helpful at all cause it does include the SIM card

Would have given it 4 stars except I was unable to access it through my phone I had to get on a laptop or computer to download the code

I bought the digital card and I still manage to get to active it. I will just buy the read physical card next time.

I love Simple Miniles cell service and the convenience of purchasing my refills at Best Buy cant be beat!

Simple Mobile' s occasional promotions did not improve their service.

We are really frustrated using this service. We purchased both Simple Mobile Verizon and TMobile sim card to use the Simple Mobile Plan. But on first day they said Verizon sim card do not work. On the second day they said they do not have TMobile tower network. In the end, we have spent more than 170$ on sim cards and plans and none of them work for us. Not only money spent, we also spent a lot of hours on trying to fix and contact them.s

excellent you can even call other countries with free minutes they provide with the plan.

probably the worst experience ive had in 2021 so far, in order to connect service 4 calls at about an hour long each were required
