Bought as a second phone for my relative traveling.

good phone don't use it was going to but yeah no..

I got it from bestbuy as a standby phone just to use google map. It’s not even a month, I got a problem with the touch home button (round circle at bottom center). It was not working and every time I had to use the back button to bring it to the home screen. Although, I fixed it following some web discussion by factory resetting. But, overall this is not a good phone to use.

This doesn't work in South America. BB gave me NO trouble returning the unused item.

Not the best phone I use it through my wireless internet so it gets the job done

A previous ZTE wasn't working properly. The A574BL Android is not an improvement.

Doing exactly what I need it for. Playing a virtual game.

I had bought the phone for some friends who never had to use it. He opted for an iPhone . End of sending it for a friend overseas just to realized that it was locked . Poor choice for me.

The operating system seems similar to additional androids, though I disliked the particular ZTE. Within one month, I requested repairs from Simple Mobile.

Returning, no coverage in my area though does not say this online

Bought for my youngest daughter.. not much memory and froze alot. Ok for a young child but nobody older unless you just want to use it for texts and calls

Terrible quality camera and screen color Image outdated

I had this phone for 3 years last longer than more expensive phones. I watch videos every day too. I watch videos, Snapchat, YouTube, text send pictures. Only thing I don't like is when I take pictures some are blurry and I have to take another one. Love the size of the screen. Phone died. Maybe just got old it was getting slow then week later it was Saying error when taking pictures. And was getting hot. While in the heat. Now just showing blue screen. Still would definitely buy another one. Great phone just wore it out :)

I ordered 2 then ordered another. The third was delivered to God only knows who, but BestBuy was great in replacing it! While waiting on the third picked up a couple airtime cards for the first 2, tried activating via the app, only got an error... Tried online only got an error, so had to call. Spent an hour or so on the phone with them, the woman kept "trying" but kept telling me the sim number was wrong, then she kept asking "are you sure these are simple mobile phones" yes everything says Simple Mobile by Tmobile... Finally she had me to remove both sim cards from the phones and read the numbers for them, then she tells me "yes those are the wrong sims, let me see if my supervisor can help." When she came back on the line she asked me were I purchased them from, are they used, were they given to me etc.. I told her I purchased them from BestBuy.com, she told me that I need to box them up and return them because they have mismatched numbers and cannot be activated. I asked her if I could just purchase new sim cards for them, she told me no they don't do that because the sims are locked to devices. So I asked how they came with the wrong sim cards? She blamed BestBuy saying "what they do is recycle sims from old or returned devices and put them in new ones not knowing the cards are locked to other devices." Really? BestBuy does this? I don't think so... I personally think this would happen in a Simple Mobile warehouse, rather than a store, but I could be wrong... Anyway, I hope that the person who received and kept the third phone has the same experience!

Do I have to buy my own SIM / phone plan or is it a phone that comes with it?

Had this phone for a few weeks now. Battery life continues to disappoint. Look elsewhere.

I bought 2 as wifi toys and had to activate one as a temp back up. Big mistake, total junk. Worst battery and terrible blue tint fuzzy screen. The worst part is when I was using messenger with a full battery, the battery started flashing and a message popped up saying the CPU was hot and was going to shut down. It's just terrible. Buy the tdl for the same price. It's nice

Not the best. Phone will mess up and clicking will be hard
