NOT BRAND NEW PHONE

But I received the used one and Apple warranty expired already. To resolve this issue, customer has to visit offline shop or return it by using your precious life.

WiFi doesn't work.

Its bad enough Simple Mobile routinely lies about specs on there phones and now they sell me an iPhone with broken WiFi. Never again will I order anything from BEST BUY or Simple Mobile, and if your smart you'll head my warning and save yourself a waste of time and money and headache. I'm very unhappy!

Be Careful when buying new old stock from Best buy

Many of these phones had expired warranty so just makes sure yours is good to go. After getting dumped by their chat folks multiple times, a call just said if you want you can return it or call Apple. Time wasted on an incompetent bunch. Returned phone.

Box in shrink wrap, plastic stuck to both sides of the phone, but somehow the warranty was already expired. Great. Seems to work okay, but there's something shady going on.
