Wrapped like new but is also used with 3 month warranty left Did not qualify for free one year apple tv+ due to used device status

Durable Material. Phone did not last long. Became slow and bad battery life

The phone was sold as NEW, but was refurbished according to Apple customer service leaving me only 2 months of warranty. BB was unable to swap the phone for a new one nor include a one year warranty that comes with a new phone, so I returned it.

I couldn’t activate the phone because Best Buy forgot to scan it before sending it to me. Wasted money on this for nothing.

The now discontinued Apple iPhone SE is the last Apple phone that was small enough for kids’ hands (and the favorite size for many adults). It uses a 2015 CPU but updates to the newest iOS 13 software for 2019. It runs the newest Apple apps smoothly. Music sounds great and it has a terrific camera. The phone is locked to the Simple Mobile network and can NOT be activated with a different carrier. Simple Mobile has a great network and has a terrific $35 per month plan. There is no contract so you can buy a month of service when you are using the phone and skip a month when you are out of the country and not using it. The Best Buy listing is not clear or specific whether these are brand new phones or refurbished phones. Most customers are describing the phones as arriving looking brand new. The Apple warranty data base might show your SE as being sold last year in 2018...which is likely when Simple Mobile bought them. To validate your Apple warranty, you will be on the phone for an hour with Apple support. They will ask for the serial number and ask you to upload a screenshot of your Best Buy receipt. After they verify the phone was never activated prior to your purchase, your one year Apple warranty will be validated. If you receive a phone that has been activated in the past, your Apple warranty will be denied but you will have the option to return it to Best Buy within the allowed return period.

Never worked and was not allowed to return it. Highly upset!

The order was quickly issued. Phone number of T-mobile SImple. You need to use it for 12 months to get an unlock. overall what's cool

I got this phone just so I could get a free year of Apple TV+. Then can turn it in for a $45 dollar gift card and get a free charger and cord and earphones. Because of that, it gets 5 STARS!

Way too good for the price. I also like simple mobile service, still use it now in 2022.
