The service area is not the best but by speed, it is one of the faster service providers ive had in awhile.

Product was supposed to be simple to use, but didn't turn out to be. Was assigned a new number when they couldn't port mine, but it didn't work. Also had to pay almost as much as the card cost in fees and taxes. Not worth the hassle...went with a different provider.

Its a sim card. Not all that to unlike. Dont like simple mobile

not to mention the carrier sim chip transfer comes with its own sim removal tool from the bundle.

I bought two of these sims. Both of them were not activating. Called simple mobile, was informed that these sims are not owned by them and they cannot activate it. So tossing these out. Bad experience.

Faced connectivity issue in my area. Calls are dropping and voice was not clear.

Best buy is allowing people to use your rewards account, please be careful that they dont use your credit card, as all you need is a email or number to purchase.

No is simple, very confuising kit, confusing and large procedure, complicated to buy (seller must activate it and need supervisor authorization) and then when you try to use it, another many other steps in the web to get throuht it, and then, well, I'm still trying.....

This was included with my purchase and hope to set up Soon.

Needed a prepaid sim for an unlocked sprint phone. Store associate recommended this card stating that this card works with T-Mobile service and being that T-Mobile brought out Sprint, this card would work with my phone. Get home, Couldn’t set up online after hour of trying, call for set up only to be told by two reps that they are not compatible with Sprint phones. The package was open, and no returns on open SIM cards. Only $1.00, so wasn’t out money, but still had to wait till next day for Business hours to get phone connected.

Was not activated upon delivery. Ordered online and sim card came inactivated. Was not happy at all. Tried several times to activate l.

Not a good choice for knowing you can receive and call out also no messaging in a lot of areas away from Wi I am gong to try a different prepaid card

The associate told me to buy the sim card for my phone so i can change over to simple mobile. When i didnt work i had to call for tech support,they told me that it was the wrong sim card because they are no longer going to use t mo bile towers that they are changing to Verizon towers. I feel like he should have known that . Now i have to make a trip 30 minutes away to return the sim card.
