Works great for mobile hotspot. Easy connectivity.

Portable and easy to set up you just need to place it near the devices you want to connect becausecthe signal can sometimes be tricky.

i bought two and they both broke but when they worked it was great.... customer service was meh first time good second

The five stars is for the unit itself. The service is through T-Mobile towers. Overall the hotspot works great. It’s easy to configure and lasts for several hours. Used it for my kids on a trip so they didn’t use up all my data on my phone plan. Tmobiles towers are hit to miss in my area. Some times speed would be good, other times it seemed unusable. Overall good unit if you have good T-Mobile signal in your area.

Have only used it once but it did the job. I did buy the Verizon SIM due to the other review but it didnt work and actually worked with the SIM that was already included.

If you need internet access in the city and you don't want to commit to a long-term plan, it is a great way to go. I used it for my apartment. It wasn't stable enough to stream videos clearly but I had purchased the smaller amount of data cards. Watch for data draining apps with this thing.

I bought this to schedule a 101st birthday celebration zoom call from US to Australia and Canada. It worked perfectly. I will get more time when I go on vacation to a place with less consistent WiFi.

I was told that it came activated and that I didn’t need to do or buy anything else and that was not true. You still have to purchase a plan to actually use it. Then it kept buffering and losing the single. And we had to purchase another card for data storage. A total waste of money for the time that Ixwas able to use it

Hot spot is an easy way to get internet, no contract, uses Verizon network so it's reliable in most places in the US. Reasonably priced data. Battery needs charging fairly often but it's a minor issue for such an inexpensive device.

Bought it thinking it would come with a sample time of service, to see if it compatible with your devices as well as in the area you are aiming to use it, spoiler, it doesn't. But from all I have seen of of the packaging and the product itself, it is sturdy and feels like quality.
