The internet works well for travel purpose. A bit pricy per minute.

Portable and easy to set up you just need to place it near the devices you want to connect becausecthe signal can sometimes be tricky.

I love it gives me the extra internet that I need so I don’t use all my data for my internet on my phone

I love the product. I worked super at home and at work when internet service is spotty. I giving it 4 stars due to the fact that service expires within 30 days. I believe it should be until the GB’s run out.

The five stars is for the unit itself. The service is through T-Mobile towers. Overall the hotspot works great. It’s easy to configure and lasts for several hours. Used it for my kids on a trip so they didn’t use up all my data on my phone plan. Tmobiles towers are hit to miss in my area. Some times speed would be good, other times it seemed unusable. Overall good unit if you have good T-Mobile signal in your area.

Love this device, freedom to use wireless wherever I go, initial instructions were not that clear, but after using top-up once, it’s pretty easy to reload with funds/data. Battery could do with lasting a bit longer, can’t get a full days work from it without recharge. .

If you need internet access in the city and you don't want to commit to a long-term plan, it is a great way to go. I used it for my apartment. It wasn't stable enough to stream videos clearly but I had purchased the smaller amount of data cards. Watch for data draining apps with this thing.

Battery barely lasts 3 hours of light use, I know it's stated 2,300 mAh, but this is bottom tier. You're getting what you've paid for tho. Also the setup process is horrendous as you've already probably heard.

Device stopped working already, purchased 40 gb of data used 13 before device would no longer connect indicating that i was connected but no internet. Did a chat and the agents did nothing but suggest going to a store or schedule an in home appt. Bought the hotspot because I am away from home. I cannot easily access store and whatever protection i bought with or that is covered under the phone purchase doesn't include remote support. A waste of my time money and energy

This has far surpassed my expectations! I wasn’t sure what the range would be like since it’s so small with no external antennas but it was great! I’ve ran a laptop and 10 tablets at once with no issue. It was easy to set up and the app is easy to maneuver!

You buy the hotspot device for $50 and then you also have to buy the service for the hotspot which I purchased the more GB from the 2 choices Simple mobile offers at $50. It would not load my TV the kids said it lagged on their devices, and it lasted 1 day literally a waste of money. Do not recommend.
