Good condition easy access wasn’t hard to work it and everything was simple. Work just fine no no lagging Internet fast.

I bought it and it didn’t even work I got the run around about what was wrong with it first I was told it was the SIM card I purchased an additional $90 SIM card after already spending $60 for the device that was supposed to come with one just to find out the device was outdated they sold me an 2 year old outdated device and this happened not once but twice moral of the story DONT GET IT

Works well, just doesn’t have a fantastic battery life

The device itself seemed okay. I didn't get to actually use it because the barcode was not scanned properly by Best Buy (twice! I bought this product twice because of the barcode thing and both times, it didn't work!), so I couldn't activate the device on Simple Mobile's website. Simple Mobile also has horrible customer service and trying to get any kind of help from them is like pulling teeth.

Easy and fast setup. Got full bars and a little bit of buffering but amazing.

Love this hotspot! I travel a lot for work and this is the perfect mobile hotspot. I connect my phone, laptop, and iPad to the hotspot and it doesn't lag.

it works really well! I had it connect to around 8 devices and speed was perfectly fine, the only down side is the battery does die pretty fast (no longer than 2 hours, especially if there are more devices using it). But other than the battery life, everything is really easy and def recommend.

I just could not do without this mobile hotspot. I got "stuck" in a living situation without any Internet. But with Simple Mobile, I can function as if I did have home Internet. The cool thing is, I can take it with me where-ever I go.

Not good for live streaming on YouTube especially using OBS

It is a really good product, the only thing is that the internet data plans are a bit expensive.

With the flat fee of $50 and a monthly plan of $40, the first month will cost you about $90 minimum and then $40 per month after that. That being said, is it worth it? Nope. I have 1 device connected, not 10, not 100, but 1. And that 1 device still cannot seem to get an adequate connection from this hotspot anywhere. It’s been a month and the first few days, the connection was strong. After that? It really seemed to fall off heavy. I would not recommend this product. The only thing I can say about it that’s fair: the name.

This little gem is only on when you pay the bill. I don't need it every month, I currently only vend festivals 4 or 5 times a year. Most of them are within 60 days of each other, so I only need to prepay for a couple of months and then I am good.

Make sure you closely check where you plan to use it. When the signal is weak, it gets super slow. I'm on the fence about whether I'd recommend this product. If you're doing basic email, yes. If you're doing anything else, I wouldn't.

The product actually worked out in the. Idle of nowhere. But the $50 worth of data was used up in less than 10 days it’s only me here and I use my hit spot for most of my work. At that rate, the service is not worth it. So now I’m stuck with a $50 item that is t worth it

I bought this for use with drone controller. It worked great and the speed worked perfectly for my connection.
