This thing was awesome on my 7 hour car ride. I've got a 4 and 6-year-old, and being able to have wifi for their tablets made the trip so much easier. Less stops and less whining. Great reception and fast enough speed for movies and games.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. Best buy staff was very informative in detail to how the device works. The device and store I would recommend to friends and family.

It works well enough. I purchased it to use as a temporary hotspot for work and I would get a little lag video conferencing. And it struggled a bit later when I used a streaming service. But it's a 4G hotspot on cellular data. I had absolutely no issues connecting to my workstation in the office. I wish they had more than 2 packages for monthly data. But I don't plan on using it every month only occasionally.

I just could not do without this mobile hotspot. I got "stuck" in a living situation without any Internet. But with Simple Mobile, I can function as if I did have home Internet. The cool thing is, I can take it with me where-ever I go.

Make sure you closely check where you plan to use it. When the signal is weak, it gets super slow. I'm on the fence about whether I'd recommend this product. If you're doing basic email, yes. If you're doing anything else, I wouldn't.

Love it, wonderful, provided immaculate internet, for what I needed to do.

The product actually worked out in the. Idle of nowhere. But the $50 worth of data was used up in less than 10 days it’s only me here and I use my hit spot for most of my work. At that rate, the service is not worth it. So now I’m stuck with a $50 item that is t worth it

First time mobile hotspot user. Purchased 15G of data. Called support found out this unit cannot change SIM card. Cannot travel to oversea unless there is T-Mobile tower. 15G expires in 30 days. It's not a bad unit except it's almost useless in my case. I guess as a new user that's the price I paid :-(

It’s worth the money. Good for car trips and camping

I bought this item to take when I go on work trips. I was not going to use it every month just when needed. No where on the box or paperwork was it stated that after 2 months of inactivity your sim will be deactivated and essentially your item will be bricked. Now I have a hotspot I can't use because this wasn't disclosed. If you are using this item periodically just don't. Avoid the headache and don't even waste your time purchasing this item. Calling customer service is a waste of time as well.

Love this hotspot! I travel a lot for work and this is the perfect mobile hotspot. I connect my phone, laptop, and iPad to the hotspot and it doesn't lag.

Nice device but does not hold the charge arch must tconstantly charge

This little gem is only on when you pay the bill. I don't need it every month, I currently only vend festivals 4 or 5 times a year. Most of them are within 60 days of each other, so I only need to prepay for a couple of months and then I am good.
