Gets the job done

I purchased it to use as a temporary hotspot for work and I would get a little lag video conferencing. And it struggled a bit later when I used a streaming service. But it's a 4G hotspot on cellular data. I had absolutely no issues connecting to my workstation in the office. I wish they had more than 2 packages for monthly data. But I don't plan on using it every month only occasionally.

Road trip lifesaver.

I've got a 4 and 6-year-old, and being able to have wifi for their tablets made the trip so much easier. Less stops and less whining. Great reception and fast enough speed for movies and games.

Device is not flexible at all

Called support found out this unit cannot change SIM card. Cannot travel to oversea unless there is T-Mobile tower. 15G expires in 30 days. It's not a bad unit except it's almost useless in my case. I guess as a new user that's the price I paid :-(

Once you hit your data cap, the ISP doesn't let you add more data though? And reupping only adds next months service? Seems flawed in such a way as the device is essentially useless except for when you just start the service plan. It's also really expensive for 4G speeds. Hindsight, should have taken a hard pass

Just what I need for working out of home. Not super fast but enough for what I need and even more. Im avail to watch YT in hd 1080p without problems

I had low expectations but so far so good! We use it to watch shows and movies while we go camping on our RV. Easy to set up too! Took me less than 5 minutes.
