Great easy to set up no need for sims card very convenient

Do not buy it they give you a run around trying to get it activated to use i contact customer no help I phone called the local store and they was rude said they don't need to do anything to activate it.

Works well. Easy setup and the service is from T-Mobile so as long as you get a decent signal, it works well. It's only 4G but for the price, you can't go wrong. I use it as a backup to landline service but it has already saved me on one occasion.

Overall works great. Battery life isn't great though.

I needed a hotspot but nothing so big or complicated. This was easy to setup. So far, I am very satisfied.

The hotspot wouldn’t work. It was brand new but wouldn’t activate online because it said it was already activated. When I returned it the employee told me that most of these get returned for the same reason.

The device is simple to setup. Purchase the data plan during setup because it is not the same a the phone plan sold at Best Buy. Works very well and is a great value considering the price.

I purchased this item in store. I attempted to activate but the SIM card showed me an error message. I called Simple Mobile support and was told I needed to return to the store to get a new SIM card. I did so, exchanged the entire device without issue, and still received an error when attempting to activate. I reached out to Simple Mobile again and was told that the SIM card on the new device had expired. Absolutely ridiculous.

Moxee is a good device choice. I bought it to when I’m traveling.

Good for emergencies when no wifi is available and/or traveling.

I would get the zero Stars if I could I bought this online and was not able to activate it they said that it wasn't scanned in properly at Simple Mobile I returned it to the store three times total over a week and bought a card for it which I never got a PIN to and neither me nor any manager could activate this device nor that data for it so after a week and $100 they finally gave me all my money back do not buy this at least not at Best Buy they're unable to activate it

So glad that I purchased this! I work from home and sometimes I need a backup if our internet goes down in middle of the day. It's got great internet speed and supports all my needs for busy work day.

Great during internet outage for my daughters online school but definitely slowed down when another device was added to the network.

This is really convenient and cool. Used multiple times for computers for work and for streaming video. Definitely recommend. Still havent used all of initial data purchased. Directions are confusing (you can easily find the password on the device itself if you are having trouble like I did).

Uses a lot of data however, it is great for traveling or to supplement data on your phone.

I bought this to use at an exhibition where we had international colleagues. It has a good number of logins available and maintained a good speed, so all of my colleagues could check email etc. without any issues. It was a good buy.

So great. Best portable wifi ever. Not one issue. I might buy another one just in case this one breaks.
