Great hotspot i would recommend it i use it on daily bases

Before you buy any mobile hotspot make sure that your computer or tablets are compatible with this item support it mine didn't work so I spent money for nothing and the sims cards to are not refundable.

This is the second exchange that i have had to made with this device and when trying to activate it is claiming that my SIM is already in use.. i will be returning this and requesting a full refund. Also upsetting that i already paid for a prepaid card that is now going to be unusable.. Used this device in the past and it worked great..

I was afraid at first from previous reviews, but this works great for me. I work from home and it moves fast for me

Easy setup, good documentation and really, really great tech support if needed.

I don’t know what your looking for but for me it was perfect! Was able to connect my tv, phone, laptop, and my son iPad and it was no problem!

I got this hotspot to use at a craft fair for my small business. I only used it to charge credit cards - no streaming of any kind. But the connection dropped 4 or 5 times for even that small amount of data. It was a complete failure. I checked SimpleMobile's network and they claimed to cover the area I was in (a suburban park, it wasn't rural). You must use SimpleMobile's network with this device and the smallest amount you can pay is $35 for one month of data. You cannot buy it by the date or by the GB. So I was able to return the device buy I'm still out $35 for the useless data.

Great product when you need internet today, not next week

I was very excited to get this item, as it was a solution for my RV trips that was within a reasonable budget. Unfortunately, upon receiving it, I went to activate it at simplemobile.com and received the error "We're sorry. The SIM card you are trying to activate is already active. Please enter another Simple Mobile SIM card number." When I called Simple Mobile, they indicated it needed to be re-scanned at the Best Buy store (I bought it online, so this wasn't really relevant). When speaking with Best Buy, they told me it must be a problem with the hotspot itself. In any case, it will be getting quickly returned!

This hotspot worked for exactly what we needed it to do. We hooked up a Blink camera to it to check in on our little dog while it was in a hotel room and we were out.

The device build is ok. Very easy to setup and use.

Good product and as described. Fast. Nice people working here.

Works wonderful for my oil field job when need wifi for computer

Very simple to set up and use. Relatively easy to add data to it. We did have to call simple mobile customer service for the second month. Worked as sold!

Affordable sturdy product but does not have the best reception in remote locations need a strong secure connection to use this product. Set up is not so simple and often requires customer support to assist, and even hours of troubleshooting outlet and room swapping for better service. The affordable price reflects the pros and cons with this product.

It just didn't work. I bought this item because my internet was out and I needed something. I tried to activate it but it didn't work. Eventually, I was able to get someone from Simple Mobile on the phone. They said that the item had been in the store too long so it couldn't be activated. Do yourself a favor and get something from Boost or Verizon if you need it to actually work.

Says unlimited data, but that’s not true. They slow the data down so slow that your devices won’t even work.

Works great, fairly easy to set up-- I just had to go through the online process twice because it left me hanging the first time. Good battery life, saved my neck when my internet went down for a week at home, bought the 40gb 1-month plan with it.
