I didn’t get to use it.. I bought the data card to go with it and the card wouldn’t work so I couldn’t activate the device. I called the prepaid data card, they told me I had received the wrong sim code it was too long take back to the store of purchase. I did that.. stood for an hour they couldn’t get the card to work either. So I refunded the device, and I got stuck with a 50$ WiFi data card that I can’t return nor use.

The battery doesn’t reach the 2nd bar. I have to keeep it on the charger to actually use it. The connection is great but battery is horrible.

Came in very handy when there was internet outage in my area. Very simple set up and easy to use. Very happy that I got it.

Device came in handy as an emergency. Just be mindful of purchasing the right plan. The instructions could be revised to be more user friendly. Too many assumptions implied included in instructions like the consumer is fully tech savvy.

I could not find a reasonable plan for this device. The pre-paid plans all cut off ALL data access when the limit is reached. The post-paid plans slow you to an unusable trickle when the limit is reached. Who monitors data usage? There is a similar issue with hot spots on phones. The concept of WiFi hot spots is a good idea, but the plans are all useless. Stay away from all these.

I bought this item to take on a road trip with me to allow me to continue working and it worked perfectly and stay charged for a long period . I did have a little issue getting it setup to use but besides that it worked great .

Easy setup, good documentation and really, really great tech support if needed.

Extremely easy to set up and add to plan, but it goes by fast if you have multiple devices connected to it. My only wish is that it would meter down to slow once used up instead of no longer providing service until renewal

I would recommend this item for all in house use. its great and very handy. And I'm really happy with it!

Wonderful device. If you need wifi onbthe road or camping, this will work. I would invest in the monthly card because it is the best value for the money. You can also use it to watch your wifi tv.

I got this so I could use it in my rv when I am away from home. But it doesn't always pick up internet so good. Also it will kick you off for no reason.

Great portable option for internet, we used it during a recent move for a month or two and loved how easy it was to use, great alternative when on the move, away from your home network.

 Paid $50 for device and the SIM card was “expired.” I was told I had to purchase a new SIM card for a hotspot I just purchased. This was after four phone calls to their support team, three of which I was hung up on during the call. Their automated system is just as annoying. They’re activation platform generates useless errors. Just a horrible experience

i mean it got the job barely done when i was traveling. But still ended up getting the portable internet on my T-mobile plan

This was really convenient and fulfilled its purpose. Easily worth the money. Just be aware that the device will literally say there is no 4G signal once you reach your data limit.

This portable hotspot does the job! I needed a hotspot to take out of state so I could work remotely, and I had no connectivity issues whatsoever.

It works great for what I need it for. Make sure you buy the card to load online or at the store it separately though the staff on site told me it was included.

i needed this to run soccer tournament it was a little tricky to set up but i contacted customer service and they were able to get it working
