Do not buy it they give you a run around trying to get it activated to use i contact customer no help I phone called the local store and they was rude said they don't need to do anything to activate it.

Very easy to use and set up. I have no idea what the numbers on the home screen of the device mean but the Simple Mobile app makes this very easy to track my data usage and refill data when needed.

Meets our basic secure wifi needs at home. Also works while traveling in the car. Used with Simple Mobile 40 GB/30 day data plan. Display reveals data remaining so you're not guessing how much data you've used.

Wow-this little hotspot is more than hot! I connected five of my friends at the campsite and we were able to stream. I was able to work 'from home' while camping. Works great with a simple interface.

This was a lifesaver while my new office was being wired! Plus, I took it home and it worked better than the Verizon Mi-Fi!

I got this hotspot to use at a craft fair for my small business. I only used it to charge credit cards - no streaming of any kind. But the connection dropped 4 or 5 times for even that small amount of data. It was a complete failure. I checked SimpleMobile's network and they claimed to cover the area I was in (a suburban park, it wasn't rural). You must use SimpleMobile's network with this device and the smallest amount you can pay is $35 for one month of data. You cannot buy it by the date or by the GB. So I was able to return the device buy I'm still out $35 for the useless data.

I absolutely love this little guy for work and travel! I like how you pay as you need instead of committing to a monthly plan.

Avoid this device. I've purchased 2 and both had void SIM cards. The lengths that I have gone through to get a replacement has been ridiculous. First I was told to return it to BestBuy, but the 2nd had the same problems. Then SimpleMobile told me that they can't get me a SIM card for a hotspot. I finally found a SIM kit for a phone (not hotspot) at Target for 99¢ and have been trying to activate service since.

Works wonderful for my oil field job when need wifi for computer

Can hold multiple devises. Battery life can last a few days, without charging. Great for organizations using it out on the field.

My WiFi at my house, a board and care facility for the mentally ill, has flunctioning, bad dependent WiFi. I bought this but do not need it. I am saving it, or reselling it at a Christian computer store. In the box, it looks impressive and technologically new.

Kept me connected all the way through Glenwood Canyon. No interruptions.

Works as expected. I use it when the internet goes out due to poor weather conditions: rain, high wind, hail/ice, etc. I simply turn it on then bam, internet.

Overall the device is okay, the batter life is short and the SimpleMobile customer support is horrendous. Don’t forget to get your device activated or it won’t work.

Amazing Hotspot device, quickly connects, and amazing signal

I really had high hopes for this product. It works better at night than it does in the daytime. Not really a big fan. Easy to use however you lose connection very easily. Very spotty service.
