Amazing Hotspot device, quickly connects, and amazing signal

 Paid $50 for device and the SIM card was “expired.” I was told I had to purchase a new SIM card for a hotspot I just purchased. This was after four phone calls to their support team, three of which I was hung up on during the call. Their automated system is just as annoying. They’re activation platform generates useless errors. Just a horrible experience

This was really convenient and fulfilled its purpose. Easily worth the money. Just be aware that the device will literally say there is no 4G signal once you reach your data limit.

This portable hotspot does the job! I needed a hotspot to take out of state so I could work remotely, and I had no connectivity issues whatsoever.

Can hold multiple devises. Battery life can last a few days, without charging. Great for organizations using it out on the field.

Wonderful device. If you need wifi onbthe road or camping, this will work. I would invest in the monthly card because it is the best value for the money. You can also use it to watch your wifi tv.

Great portable option for internet, we used it during a recent move for a month or two and loved how easy it was to use, great alternative when on the move, away from your home network.

I bought this item to take on a road trip with me to allow me to continue working and it worked perfectly and stay charged for a long period . I did have a little issue getting it setup to use but besides that it worked great .

Extremely easy to set up and add to plan, but it goes by fast if you have multiple devices connected to it. My only wish is that it would meter down to slow once used up instead of no longer providing service until renewal

All I needed is for was to run a blink camera. They were in the same room and the camera could detect movement and notify me but the recordings were blank. Customer service was awful.

I like the hotspot device for my children it’s a plus when we’re traveling we don’t go anywhere without it

Avoid this device. I've purchased 2 and both had void SIM cards. The lengths that I have gone through to get a replacement has been ridiculous. First I was told to return it to BestBuy, but the 2nd had the same problems. Then SimpleMobile told me that they can't get me a SIM card for a hotspot. I finally found a SIM kit for a phone (not hotspot) at Target for 99¢ and have been trying to activate service since.

Good product, I would recommend it. Nothing is perfect so I gave it four stars (4*s).

I bought this with a $50 pre paid data plan that gave me 15 gigs of data. I only had my Ipad hooked up to it for 2 days. The interner connection was horrible kept freezing up and kicking me out and then literally said that my all of my data ws used up in 2 days. I dont even go through4 gigs of data on my phone in a month. Its a scam and their products are more irritating then anything. Definitely wasted my money and now im stuck with it. Customer service was ZERO help and i regret this purchase.
