It works great for what I need it for. Make sure you buy the card to load online or at the store it separately though the staff on site told me it was included.

Very easy to use and set up. I have no idea what the numbers on the home screen of the device mean but the Simple Mobile app makes this very easy to track my data usage and refill data when needed.

Wow-this little hotspot is more than hot! I connected five of my friends at the campsite and we were able to stream. I was able to work 'from home' while camping. Works great with a simple interface.

Meets our basic secure wifi needs at home. Also works while traveling in the car. Used with Simple Mobile 40 GB/30 day data plan. Display reveals data remaining so you're not guessing how much data you've used.

I bought this for my home to use with 2 iPhones, a computer, and 2 smart Samsung tv’s. It connects like AOL in the 90’s taking forever to do anything on any device. The Firestick wasn’t able to play anything, and I bought the $49.99 plan and it was depleted within 2.5 weeks. It is only used at night and not all devices were used daily or at the same time. As a single mother financially strapped, after paying $50 for WiFi device and then another $50 for the data, it was frustrating to know I couldn’t return or get refunded for either bc of the 14 day return policy!!! This is completely unacceptable especially when it depleted after 17 days exactly!!!!

Reviews made it seem like data runs out quick, but I worked from home 2-3 days a week and data lasted almost a month. Wish data transfer was faster, but does what it says. Little pricy I think.

Slow to load data. Connection was decent once it finally did load though!

Overall the device is okay, the batter life is short and the SimpleMobile customer support is horrendous. Don’t forget to get your device activated or it won’t work.

I would not recommend when you follow the instructions it comes with in the box to call or go online to activate the device it doesn't work. When I called more than five times at different times it hung up after saying no one available at this time same with online. Not worth the money at all. In fact I'm returning this if I can and get my money back
