Worth purchase, good signal easy to bring with your swlf ahy where.

I bought this to save a few bucks and all it did was cause headaches. I could not get it to activate, tried to do a return and rebuy a few times and even the manufacturer could not get it to activate. They said it has an older sim card but they did not have any of the new ones to sell. Now I'm stuck with prepaid monthly data cards I can't use and can't return.

So i buy yhis hotspot right.. they have no unlimited plans in store, so i pay for the 40 gb plan. Man this plan lasted me less then 24 hours. So i call up simple mobile to get an unlimited plan. They charge me 49.99 the same amount i paid in store for 40gb. What donta know it doesn’t even apply to my device, so im here on the phone with these guys and they telling me wait 30 mins. I go on ahead and check my account online. It says I’ve already exhausted my 40gb. From the first purchase; alright granted. I go to look at my plan and the 49.99 i just paid again is not there. They charged me for nothing. Basically stole from me smh worst service ever my G

You buy the hotspot device for $50 and then you also have to buy the service for the hotspot which I purchased the more GB from the 2 choices Simple mobile offers at $50. It would not load my TV the kids said it lagged on their devices, and it lasted 1 day literally a waste of money. Do not recommend.

Perfect for the price. Needed a fast and cheap way to get internet during power outages

Did not work very well. Customer Service bad at store and hot spot minutes ran out fast .

Went to activate the device as the instructions said to do so. When I went to register the device it said the sim was already active and customer service for the hotspot said it was not rung in correctly at the register even though I bought online. Now I’m out the money and have a useless device.

This personal hotspot device worked beautifully when I went camping I had no problems with it at all.

Very helpful as a back-up hotspot in a basement while we were waiting for internet installation.

The device did not work and store would not take it back . They said I had 15 days to return I came on the 16th day . Even though I explained it didn’t work , they would not even swap for a replacement working one

Slow to load data. Connection was decent once it finally did load though!

Good for emergency use but too slow for videos or even heavy internet searches. Nice to have when no other options. Location I use it may be in bad area but is part of major metro area

The mobile hotspot is a lifesaver. It is easy to activate. Easy to pay monthly payments. And affords me the opportunity to stay connected regardless of where I am.

Had bought for the kids tablets while on car rides or trips, works great and they are more than satisfied.

This device worked perfectly when I was on vacation in Florida. (Had to finish up some quick projects) The resort WFI was too weak to provide a steady connection for TEAMS meeting with camera on and to do work across my corp VPN. I bought and I was able to easily connect to my meetings. I was also able to connect to my corp VPN without any lag and complete work I had to get to get done. This really saved my day. I purchase a T-Mobile WIFI card for 30 days of service to get me going. It all worked seamless and was very steady connection. Upload and download speeds were very fast for this mobile hotspot. Impressive.

We used this product during a healthcare conference and it worked well. The price was reasonable and the pay as you go contract option was perfect for the need.
