If you have no other Internet and you don’t plan to use it often, this is OK. It’s expensive and difficult to understand the display as to how much you have available.

Perfect for the price. Needed a fast and cheap way to get internet during power outages

My WiFi at my house, a board and care facility for the mentally ill, has flunctioning, bad dependent WiFi. I bought this but do not need it. I am saving it, or reselling it at a Christian computer store. In the box, it looks impressive and technologically new.

I’ve had 2 of these exact portable hotspots ( lost one ) and use them mostly in the mountains where phone service is very weak and they’ve never let me down!

I really had high hopes for this product. It works better at night than it does in the daytime. Not really a big fan. Easy to use however you lose connection very easily. Very spotty service.

I bought this to save a few bucks and all it did was cause headaches. I could not get it to activate, tried to do a return and rebuy a few times and even the manufacturer could not get it to activate. They said it has an older sim card but they did not have any of the new ones to sell. Now I'm stuck with prepaid monthly data cards I can't use and can't return.

Works as expected. I use it when the internet goes out due to poor weather conditions: rain, high wind, hail/ice, etc. I simply turn it on then bam, internet.

Great little hot spot! Good signal, good battery life and reasonable pre paid monthly plans.

This device is being returned. 2-3mps download on crappy T-Mobile network, short battery life, a customer service who knows nothing. Kept getting transferred around several times until someone helped for almost an hour and couldn’t get it to have a faster download time. Save tour time and don’t buy this. Just look at the “1” reviews, I should have paid more attention.

This personal hotspot device worked beautifully when I went camping I had no problems with it at all.

It’s probably a nice device for someone, but I don’t have a use for it. I will keep it though.

My device did not come with the correct SIM in it that it was activated for . Nothing could be resolved about over the phone with a rep because the SIM inserted was registered to someone else . On order to get it up and running is of have to go into the store .

Worked great!!! We were out on the coast and used it all the way up and down while driving and upon arrival for he entire week. It was easy to set up the account and load with data.

It was fairly consistent, while driving and in one place, but I’m not sure we got the full 4G speed. It could’ve just been that the signal was not great in the area. But generally it was functional and I didn’t have any issues while working.

It is so convenience. My only issue with it is that if you have it on for too long it tends to overheat a little.

The worst thing to happen since NetZero Went out of business. Thankfully I'll be getting actual internet put in, in just a few weeks from now. Right when I turned it on and it said TracPhone I knew that this was going to be a nightmare. It will work for about two hours then it will decide that it wants to stop sending any kind of internet feed. No download no upload no connection to computers. I should mention most of it is just simple data entry nothing that takes up tons of data. If you can stay away from this dumb device! The best thing that could happen to this is for it to get blown up, or ran over, or catch fire, or stepped on, or whatever bad thing could happen it would be great.

Great value. Although not 5g. For the price i cant complain. Other retailers try to charge you the same for 1/2 15 GBs. Some charge outrageous price $75. Best Buy is the place to pick 1 up and activate.

Great product for the price. Customer service agent was real knowledgable and helpful.
