TERRIBLE PRODUCT DO NOT BUY!!!

When I went to register the device it said the sim was already active and customer service for the hotspot said it was not rung in correctly at the register even though I bought online. Now I’m out the money and have a useless device.

Lasted less than two weeks

I purchased a $50.00 plan to go along with it and got to use 22gb of service out of 50gb

Keep off from falling in this bad service trap

Very simple menu, well built however the service included is horrendous BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! from this product because while the hotspot fullfill its purpose the service is choppy as it can be late I found out this service is related to T-Mobile otherwise I would’ve pass the worse company ever!!
