This Simple Mobile device was relatively easy to setup. The capabilities in terms of connectivity with multiple devices are great.

It’s probably a nice device for someone, but I don’t have a use for it. I will keep it though.

It is so convenience. My only issue with it is that if you have it on for too long it tends to overheat a little.

Great product for the price. Customer service agent was real knowledgable and helpful.

Not good for live streaming on YouTube especially using OBS

Relatively easy to use if you are familiar with gadgets. Very simple menu, well built however the service included is horrendous BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! from this product because while the hotspot fullfill its purpose the service is choppy as it can be late I found out this service is related to T-Mobile otherwise I would’ve pass the worse company ever!!

Coverage is great. Initially purchased for dead area coverage at work. Connects to internet and has a powerful output of service.

Before my purchase the Wi-Fi in my home was spotty when away from the router. Now with this purchase I get out of breath before any spotting happens.

It took a little effort to get it working, but once I figured it out it worked great.

My device did not come with the correct SIM in it that it was activated for . Nothing could be resolved about over the phone with a rep because the SIM inserted was registered to someone else . On order to get it up and running is of have to go into the store .

It works pretty much as expected. Took awhile to figure out that the code for my data credits was on the BB receipt Good for use when traveling.

I bought this for my home to use with 2 iPhones, a computer, and 2 smart Samsung tv’s. It connects like AOL in the 90’s taking forever to do anything on any device. The Firestick wasn’t able to play anything, and I bought the $49.99 plan and it was depleted within 2.5 weeks. It is only used at night and not all devices were used daily or at the same time. As a single mother financially strapped, after paying $50 for WiFi device and then another $50 for the data, it was frustrating to know I couldn’t return or get refunded for either bc of the 14 day return policy!!! This is completely unacceptable especially when it depleted after 17 days exactly!!!!

I bought this hotspot because I’m working out of town and don’t have access to wifi and it worked great at first but less than two weeks later it would no longer charge so now Im stuck with a $50.00 brick. I purchased a $50.00 plan to go along with it and got to use 22gb of service out of 50gb

All I needed is for was to run a blink camera. They were in the same room and the camera could detect movement and notify me but the recordings were blank. Customer service was awful.

Good product would recommend to others works very well for a good price

This device worked great at first. Very easy set up. But once I hit the 40/50 used gig mark. Dropped to no service and stayed that way.

I had to buy wifi to a new hose where the internet service was down. Not good for streaming nor work form home
