[Employee of bestbuy] Worked great for what we was needing. Small 3 bedroom house.

Works great! Had to call to get help setting up but now I have wifi on the go, very happy with it. Thrilled that it's no contract and I can reload as needed when I take trips rather than having a monthly payment!! I do the smaller plan ($34.99) and can work all day on laptop and phone - I just use about 1Gb a day.

The worst thing to happen since NetZero Went out of business. Thankfully I'll be getting actual internet put in, in just a few weeks from now. Right when I turned it on and it said TracPhone I knew that this was going to be a nightmare. It will work for about two hours then it will decide that it wants to stop sending any kind of internet feed. No download no upload no connection to computers. I should mention most of it is just simple data entry nothing that takes up tons of data. If you can stay away from this dumb device! The best thing that could happen to this is for it to get blown up, or ran over, or catch fire, or stepped on, or whatever bad thing could happen it would be great.

I have T-Mobile in my phone and on this hotspot and I get better signal and connection using this at the same location. Makes no sense but I love it.

Says unlimited data, but that’s not true. They slow the data down so slow that your devices won’t even work.

Its okay but not great. You must buy data and monitor it closely and it will run out fast without warning. Tedious to get into and change settings.

I've had this now for three weeks, and the battery is no longer charging (It does charge, but after several hours of charging, the battery lasts for 5 minutes and then is dead.) Since you can only return for 14 days, and it is now 20 days, I am not getting my money back for a battery that only lived three weeks? What's more, spare batteries are not sold for this device, so I have to throw away a $50 purchase after only 3 weeks.

This worked very well. Easy to set up and like that I can pay for the net as I need it. Took to Disneyland and did what I needed to enjoy a fantastic trip.

Great product, Would recommend getting if you need internet real quick.

Great service very reliable equipment and easy setup of service. Very convenient size for hiding equipment out of sight yet still get full power of service.

My home wifi went down, I used this device to stream Netflix on my Roku TV while I played some games on my tablet. Great device- was easy to set up and adjust to 5G speed. Don't forget to buy the Data code/ card . I went with the 50 GIG of data and used about 3-5 Gigs per day. The Data can only be used for one month, but I'm keeping the device in case my internet goes down sometime, or I want it for traveling.

I really like the product and it is very useful to me

I bought this after a hurricane took out our wifi for a month. It was very slow, but that could have been the service, not the router, or the lack of good signal because of a hurricane. I tried to use it again after a month and it wouldn’t even work, and this was not relative to the hurricane. Not sure if this is a one and done thing or not, but it’s better than nothing.

Works great and simple to use. Took it on vacation to a place that had no wifi. Was able to do work on computer without interruption.

Bought it to use with my phone in case of an emergency… It only Last like 5days & once you finish their 40 gb you cannot buy more. Simple mobile also does not have the option of unlimited. So they was a waste. It just sits & collects dust now.

Not sure about the service, i got it because salesperson told me it would work in Mexico and it hasn't, but it does work here in the US great

I've been using this in the middle of the country in Ky. Works great. Signal is easy to find. Connects quickly. Has a great battery life and charges fast.
