Working out very well! No more "circle circle circle"!

We used this product during a healthcare conference and it worked well. The price was reasonable and the pay as you go contract option was perfect for the need.

there should be a way to add service if the data runs out before the monthly renewal

Great product, its easy to use and to maneuver around

It took a little effort to get it working, but once I figured it out it worked great.

This device worked perfectly when I was on vacation in Florida. (Had to finish up some quick projects) The resort WFI was too weak to provide a steady connection for TEAMS meeting with camera on and to do work across my corp VPN. I bought and I was able to easily connect to my meetings. I was also able to connect to my corp VPN without any lag and complete work I had to get to get done. This really saved my day. I purchase a T-Mobile WIFI card for 30 days of service to get me going. It all worked seamless and was very steady connection. Upload and download speeds were very fast for this mobile hotspot. Impressive.

I had to buy wifi to a new hose where the internet service was down. Not good for streaming nor work form home

Do not purchase an this device woth an E card from Best Buy with Simple Mobile. This was the worst experience ever. I was never able to use the device or the card. I spent more than an hour talking to 5 different representatives plus a Simple Mobile Rep. They all were useless. Best Buy wouldn't refund the data purchase although I wasn't able to use it. Worst customer service ever. I been a long time customer and decided to cut ties. Customer service is dead a d doing right no longer exists.

I bought this after a hurricane took out our wifi for a month. It was very slow, but that could have been the service, not the router, or the lack of good signal because of a hurricane. I tried to use it again after a month and it wouldn’t even work, and this was not relative to the hurricane. Not sure if this is a one and done thing or not, but it’s better than nothing.

This product sucks i bought it brand new and when tried to activate it says it was already active and try puttin a different sim card code in but i juat open it wasted my money and nobody can help total waste of money

Works great! Had to call to get help setting up but now I have wifi on the go, very happy with it. Thrilled that it's no contract and I can reload as needed when I take trips rather than having a monthly payment!! I do the smaller plan ($34.99) and can work all day on laptop and phone - I just use about 1Gb a day.

Good for money spent. Not recommended for multiple device hook up

Bought it to use with my phone in case of an emergency… It only Last like 5days & once you finish their 40 gb you cannot buy more. Simple mobile also does not have the option of unlimited. So they was a waste. It just sits & collects dust now.

This device worked great at first. Very easy set up. But once I hit the 40/50 used gig mark. Dropped to no service and stayed that way.

Its okay but not great. You must buy data and monitor it closely and it will run out fast without warning. Tedious to get into and change settings.

Did not work for my location. However it was easy to set up

I live in a "dead zone" area and i gave simple mobile a try. I have not had any trouble with it. I am even able to stream using the hot spot.

Awesome product. Works great in my classroom. Very fast.

I have T-Mobile in my phone and on this hotspot and I get better signal and connection using this at the same location. Makes no sense but I love it.
