Since you can only return for 14 days, and it is now 20 days, I am not getting my money back for a battery that only lived three weeks? What's more, spare batteries are not sold for this device, so I have to throw away a $50 purchase after only 3 weeks.

Great device- was easy to set up and adjust to 5G speed. Don't forget to buy the Data code/ card . I went with the 50 GIG of data and used about 3-5 Gigs per day. The Data can only be used for one month, but I'm keeping the device in case my internet goes down sometime, or I want it for traveling.

I bought it to use in my car when we go on long road trips so my kids would be able to use their tablets. I had no issues going through the mountains in NC & TN. We also went through rural GA & AL. We had 5 tablets and one phone connected to it on and off and there were no issues. The only problems I had were with the initial registration and setup. Overall great hotspot for the price.
