One of the best investments ever made. Use it a lot

The activation process and customer service with simple mobile was a bit of a struggle but once it was set up, the device worked like a charm.

Reviews made it seem like data runs out quick, but I worked from home 2-3 days a week and data lasted almost a month. Wish data transfer was faster, but does what it says. Little pricy I think.

Got to use in shop security cameras. Easy setup and use. Be very watchful of using anything else on it. Will run out of data quickly.

I would give this product a zero if I could. I never got past the activation. After spending 30 minutes with a customer service rep at Simple Mobile (who was a very polite and helpful person), he determined that the SIM card was defective and he put me on hold to take down my address. Then he either hung up on me or we got disconnected. I tried to call back but the computer would not allow me to talk to a person. The online chat feature on the Simple Mobile website is worthless. I literally cannot get in contact with a person to get this resolved! I spent $50 on a 30 day data plan which I cannot use. And I am worried that I won't be able to return this product to Best Buy because their return policy excludes opened SIM cards (I don't know if this is the same thing or not.)

Zero stars, simple mobile customer service is terrible. Returned 3 mobile hotspots none could be activated. Simple mobile kept saying, that the sim cards were bad. And couldn't be activated. Dont waste your money or time.

Did not work for my location. However it was easy to set up

Works great at my home. Use it for work. Just depends where you live. It doesn't work at my daughter's house. She doesn't get good cell service.

Took a long time to figure out with no instructions in box, thanks to customer support finally got it going but then 40gb of data only lasted about 24hrs

This has been the most frustrating purchase I’ve made. I haven’t been able to activate the product due to repeated errors, and every attempt to contact customer service has gone unanswered. It feels like this product was designed to take your money without actually delivering anything of value. I expected much better.
