Returned 3 mobile hotspots none could be activated. Simple mobile kept saying, that the sim cards were bad. And couldn't be activated. Dont waste your money or time.

After spending 30 minutes with a customer service rep at Simple Mobile (who was a very polite and helpful person), he determined that the SIM card was defective and he put me on hold to take down my address. Then he either hung up on me or we got disconnected. I tried to call back but the computer would not allow me to talk to a person. The online chat feature on the Simple Mobile website is worthless. I literally cannot get in contact with a person to get this resolved! I spent $50 on a 30 day data plan which I cannot use. And I am worried that I won't be able to return this product to Best Buy because their return policy excludes opened SIM cards (I don't know if this is the same thing or not.)

Drove from El Campo to Victoria to purchase this, when I got back home I find out the SIM was not available. Drove back to Victoria to return and purchase another, that one also had a bad SIM. I wasted half a day for nothing. Buy at your own risk. Only reason I put 2 stars, is because it made me.
