Super easy to use and signal strength has been great!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We got this to use in our RV while we are building a house until we get a permanent Wi-Fi set up. We purchased over the online site and when we received the device it wouldn't work at all. bestbuy.com didn't scan something right so it should us as not available for activation. It just so happened the next day we were going to an area where there was a best buy (1.5 hours away) so i returned it thinking i would get a new one and everything would be fine. When I set it up in the parking lot it worked great but when I got it home I discovered "NO SERVICE." Called customer service and they had no idea....turns out it just doesn't work in my area. I drive out the next town about 5 miles and it works great. Meanwhile because i returned it at a best buy location and repurchased another one I can no longer return it online.

Worked fine but I need unlimited internet. Great for smaller amounts of use.

Two of my family members use Straight Talk wireless mobile hot spots. This device was great for maybe two weeks at my home but didn’t work everywhere I went. I needed this to work at my dad’s house to conduct a meeting and I had to ask a participant to host and I listened in on my phone. The device and card cost me over $100 for 2 weeks of use.

This product is either trash or I had bad luck. Drove from El Campo to Victoria to purchase this, when I got back home I find out the SIM was not available. Drove back to Victoria to return and purchase another, that one also had a bad SIM. I wasted half a day for nothing. Buy at your own risk. Only reason I put 2 stars, is because it made me.

Very easy to use, convenient if you need more data on the go.

Convenient, but can cost more than other well known companies, (easily $50+ spent in a month if your not careful).

Do not purchase an this device woth an E card from Best Buy with Simple Mobile. This was the worst experience ever. I was never able to use the device or the card. I spent more than an hour talking to 5 different representatives plus a Simple Mobile Rep. They all were useless. Best Buy wouldn't refund the data purchase although I wasn't able to use it. Worst customer service ever. I been a long time customer and decided to cut ties. Customer service is dead a d doing right no longer exists.

Decent connection for the price. I maxed out at 6 mb/s down and 2 mb/s up. Good enough to work off of in an emergency.

Great to use on the go. Picks up signal quickly. Worth the money.

I could never activate the product. For three straight days I tried to access the companies website to activate the product and I never could reach the required page. Many times the site would lock up. I'm not going to return it because I'll try again to get it activated.

We connected all devices in about 15 minutes. Worked great

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I bought it because I needed it to work and having moved to a new state, I didn’t have a modem. This thing cost me $50 per week ok top of the $50 I paid for the devices itself. The device is very low quality and most of the time the data that you have to purchase doesn’t work. Regardless of whether or not the internet is working the data runs up but they’ll tell you that it’s non-refundable all the same. Some days I spent hours during my work shift trying to get it to work. Resetting it and everything all while watching the data run up way too quickly. Im sure there are better options out there so if you have the time I’d recommend finding another option.

It works well. Wish data would roll over. I’m happy with how easy it was to setup and use.

This is a great mobile wifi unit for basic web surfing and emails on your laptop or tablet.

Bought this to use on a long trip to New York from North Carolina, worked great and let me work and my daughter watch movies
