Great concept poor execution

The real issue is with the data being loaded on it. The website for the data doesn’t recognize the receipt information from Best Buy. As such we couldn’t get it to function. Returned the device.

When I called more than five times at different times it hung up after saying no one available at this time same with online. Not worth the money at all. In fact I'm returning this if I can and get my money back

Mobile hot spot

But with my new hot spot comes with a new security lock built in I don't have to worry anymore.
