    Total garbage. Simple wireless deactived it and then there is no way to reactivate it. If you want to use it once a year for vacation then it will only work one year before it is useless. They just made it impossible to use and made it electronic garbage. A new sim card does nothing.

    I bought this online, one month before I needed. After 4 calls with Trac Phone- still not activated. They told me it needed to be reset- I reset it, then called in and said my unit wasn't scanned correctly in the store- I didn't buy it in a store. Activating shopping for replacement- then throwing this away
