Battery issues

I’d leave it plugged in for hours and every time I’d take it off the charger it only had two bars. I used it to do Doordash and I’d have to leave it charging in the car the whole time.

I can connect to the device but it will not load any websites. Been on the phone with tech for over an hour turning the device on and off. Make sure you get the device protection because now I can't exchange or return this crap...

Dont buy this

As soon as you turn it on it starts eating your data and doesnt matter that nothing is connected to it. It ate through 5gb of data in about 30 min and we didnt even use it. We called techinical support ant they didnt even listen to us. They just read from a script. It was the worst experience ever. This hotspot has a major flaw. It will easily eat through all of your data in less than a half a day even if you dont have anything connected to it. Terrible. Dont buy it its a waist of money.

Charging seems to not hold and will always be at 1 or 2 bars of charge.
