Do Not Buy! Especially Online!

Between the assistance of Best Buy and Simple Mobile, it has been 30 days and I cannot activate the device. I wasted money trying this prepaid mobile product because of the ineptness of both companies. Even after 2 four hour round trips to the store and countless contacts with Simple Mobile, still nothing. And now it cannot be returned. Nearly $100 wasted plus gas for the trips after originally ordering online. Poor service on both parts.

This simple mobile hotspot is the best.

One of the smartest things I ever did was to git this simple mobile hotspot. Love it.

UPC not scanned correctly at register TWICE

Cannot activate after many days of waiting and receiving a new SIM card by the maker it still does not work. The reason because Best Buy did not scan BOTH UPC numbers on the box, only 1. The box states cannot be activated unless scanned at the register! Why did they only scan one upc code when there is two.I paid so much wasted so many hours.

WIFI on the go

My usage of this mobile device is in-doors thus far. I am pleased with the way it functions. The hotspot saves me money, that's an important incentive during these unprecedented times. There is no contract. I love it!!!-This product is light weight easy to carry in your shirt pocket.
