I returned it because I didn't know you had to buy hot spots minutes.

I bought because I was told it would work in my area. But when I got it and sit it up it would not work. So I took is back and will not buy another one or anyone.

I love this item for on the go. HOWEVER if you are looking for something more permanent it’s not it as it don’t have much data and can be used up fairly quickly.

Excellent products affordable everything works the way it says it’s supposed to work better than having phone service through contract you don’t blow through your data very fast at all. I have two phones running off of it at the same time testing it very happy.

Uses Data kinda fast but it works great otherwise.

I had to call the Simple Mobile place to try and activate the sim, but was told that it was expired and would need a new one. I went to exchange it for a new one and it also did not work. The guy at the customer support said it wasn't a guarantee that the product would work because the company they bought the hotspots from might have sent a defective product and they wouldn't be able to verify if it would be expired or not once it goes out on the shelves. Don't waste your time buying this hotspot, as it was just a huge headache and waste of time to try and gamble on something that might not even work.

Bought this thing and couldn't activate because sim card that came with it is expired. Spent hours on the phone. Tried to replace sim card, cant seem to get it to work.

Do not buy this online or even in the store. Between the assistance of Best Buy and Simple Mobile, it has been 30 days and I cannot activate the device. I wasted money trying this prepaid mobile product because of the ineptness of both companies. Even after 2 four hour round trips to the store and countless contacts with Simple Mobile, still nothing. And now it cannot be returned. Nearly $100 wasted plus gas for the trips after originally ordering online. Poor service on both parts.

Excellent value product, good price and availability

Junk. Customer service is awful. Waste of money. Like big time wast of money. I kept trying to buy gigs and it would over charge me. Then I would have to spend like 1-2 hours every time. Then it took the gigs from me because they said I wasn’t using it fast enough. Constantly had tech issues and had to go through all these resets and restarts. More hours on the phone. DON’T BUY.
