Works very well! It was very easy to purchase online and pick up

I bought this along with the 40gb plan. After one day of usage it stopped working completely. I spent an hour on call with customer service trying to troubleshoot the issue, only for them to tell me that i somehow used up 40gb of data in less than one day. Do not buy unless you are willing to pay $50 per day to use this thing

Works exceptionally well and great value device and airtime. Only issue is that the user interface on the website to manage and replenish the airtime is appalling.

i really like this little helper. Sadly the location i live, Arthur doesnt have much for reception but i can get it with this little thing as long as i us the top floor.

I bought it because it said it had the option to configure advanced settings such as port forwarding etc. Unfortunately it doesn't work even when you enter the settings. So it is basically useless as a replacement for a router/modem.

Wow, finally I can travel with this Hotspot. I am able to do my 8 hours of Job while I am on the go. I pick a $50 plan able to get the internet for my needs and watch learning videos ...

Dial up was faster than this thing. I bought it to see how it could handle a playstation portal and answer us....it cant. I bout the best package and everything but nope constant disconnect. Not even asking for high frame rate or anything just connect to the playstation.

It did the trick for me and will come in handy in the future

there should be a way to add service if the data runs out before the monthly renewal

Would give zero if I could. Would not activate at all. Known bug yet still sold. Very poor.

Simple Mobile was recently purchased by Verizon. The sim card in the hotspot kit does not work on the Verizon network. I purchased a Simple Mobile Sim Card Kit that's suppose to be compatible with the Verizon network and it doesn't work either. Simple Mobile customer service and tech support are useless because they are unable solve the connection issue nor provide a solution. A waist of time and money!

Most convenient way to have the internet when not at home. I needed it while working at my brother's. Helped in many ways to find information while at the house or when on the road. Great you get a 10% discount when buying the unit and card.

Needed this for processing off sight payments for our business and never lets down. Love that you can buy minutes for it just whenever you need them instead of a contract

SIM card was expired even though I had just purchased it. That’s why I returned it.

It stopped working and no way to get it going again. Clear was so much better. I regret this purchase

DO NOT BUY THIS ONLINE. You will still have to take it into a physical store to have it be “scanned” so it will work. Customer service number for product won’t help or activate it for you over the phone. What’s the point of purchasing it online? Shouldn’t be sold this way if it can’t be used without going to a store

Complete fraud on the part of Best Buy. Hotspot and data purchased in March worked. Purchased more data today only to find out that device is now no longer supported by Simply Mobile due to them be acquired by Verizon. Best Buy is making me eat the $35 spent this morning despite the data not being usable.
