Solved my internet problem when AT&T was unreliable and unavailable.

After I figured out how to turn it on, and after I figured out how to interpret the visuals on the little screen, yes, it worked as I had expected.

Purchased this item to place in my snowbird’s family home to run cameras they could watch from any location. It’s perfect for this purpose.

I've been working from home due to the pandemic since 3/23/20. Because of unexpected area internet outages I decided to invest in a pre-paid hotspot. Although the initial setup was a bit outside of my budget it was well worth the investment.

Doesn’t hold charge. Have to have it stayed plugged up to work. Will not charge.

“ Phone can not be activated unless scanned at the register “ ….. apparently no one reads the box or is aware because this is the second time I’ve ordered a product online and it was not scanned before leaving the store for delivery . Now I have to go to the store!!! Again !!! To get a new one because this product can’t be used at all. I’m really upset

It only worked for a day. After the first day, nothing was able to connect to the internet. We bought this for a resident whose WiFi wasn’t able to get installed immediately and spent hours on the phone with customer service and the only thing they did was a reset but it still didn’t work. I took it to different locations (different cities) to see if maybe it was in a dead zone but it never worked anywhere.

Do not buy this device! You cannot activate it with the sim thats installed. I wasted 3 days of my life after buying this and a simple mobile data plan card. I was told by the support at simple mobile that the sim card was no good. So i returned it and swapped for a different one. That one also was no good. Come to discover the sim card in the device is no longer compatible with their network. Another lesson in get what you pay for... guess ill get one from Verizon

My in-laws visited and didn't want to continue roaming. This has mixed reviews online. We didn't have any issues with it and the network was seamless. A great buy especially if you're planning to keep in city area.

This works great. I needed to be able to access wifi when i wasnt homecas i am currently a student in school. No more trying to find hot spots to get my homework done on time.

The device only works where other internet wifi signals are strong. Did not like that the minutes expire at the end of the month even if you didn't use them. Other hotspots worked better in a room than this device.

Good product asa back up network for my home. I have had no lag time and I can still do my work if my regular internet goes down.

Helps me get service when I don’t have any, very basic for small functions, can’t do anything major with it, but gets the job done for what I need!

I bought it for my Rv and it Work good in the Rv parks.to boost my signal.

By the time you realize the data pricing is not really competitive to any other phone mobile sim card, (just use your hotspot..). You spent 50 on a hotspot device only good for simply mobile plan..built in sim card...not detachable ...and returns are too late... Don't buy..is not a "best" buy.. You figure just for internet use they would be competitive... Plus the data usage goes much faster than any normal plan from a phone data sim.... I don't get why that is... No compressed data?

It's perfect for when we go camping or long drive. My kids play a lot of games on their phones and need the data. The only draw back is it's monthly and use or lose it kinda of thing.
