Not worth money

Did not like that the minutes expire at the end of the month even if you didn't use them. Other hotspots worked better in a room than this device.

Best Buy didn’t activate it prior to shipping which their support team claims they should, they can’t locate an account, calls to support disconnect. More hassle than it’s worth. Do not buy.

Bad deal

You spent 50 on a hotspot device only good for simply mobile plan..built in sim card...not detachable ...and returns are too late... Don't buy..is not a "best" buy.. You figure just for internet use they would be competitive... Plus the data usage goes much faster than any normal plan from a phone data sim.... I don't get why that is... No compressed data?

It reaches a lot of places my phone isn’t great in so a great substitute for that when needed.

Simple Junk. Low priced for a reason.

It would frequently lose connection sitting in the same spot. So I would got to great lengths to find a spot where it got good signal. Now about every 1-2 minutes it restarts all by itself. Every time it does this I have to reconnect it to my PC Wifi. The data service is poor and the device is absolute junk. I am past the return date now, so I have to try and get it replaced under warranty. Simple Junk!

Bad purchase

After 2 hours trying to activate with Simple Mobile and BestBuy without success, we decided to return it. Simple Mobile couldn't activate the card since they said BestBuy has to activate the device first, Bestbuy said its activated after some back and forth we stopped trying. Safe your time!

It's not worth it

Simply terrible

I've had it for 4 months and about every ten days the connection slows to unusable speeds or simply stops connecting. The one star is because the customer service is excellent but that doesnt make up for a device that requires over an hour of tech support every other week. If you have the time to and enjoy chatting for an hour or so with tech support on a regular basis, this is the device for you. Otherwise try something else.

It's a Hot Spot

I had to tell her 3 times it's not a phone
