Use it for work when my phone isn’t working for the hotspot or just in an area where my phone may not get service and gets the job done. It reaches a lot of places my phone isn’t great in so a great substitute for that when needed.

This thing was sketchy from the very beginning. It would frequently lose connection sitting in the same spot. So I would got to great lengths to find a spot where it got good signal. Now about every 1-2 minutes it restarts all by itself. Every time it does this I have to reconnect it to my PC Wifi. The data service is poor and the device is absolute junk. I am past the return date now, so I have to try and get it replaced under warranty. Simple Junk!

Great on the go wifi. No contract required! Recommended

Did not know it would not work with any phone carrier, and now I cannot return it because you have a date to return by.

I didn't get a chance to use it after paying for it and paying for a plan. The sim card came out and I could not get it back in. It never worked. Waist of money.

Easily the worst wifi device I've used. I've had it for 4 months and about every ten days the connection slows to unusable speeds or simply stops connecting. The one star is because the customer service is excellent but that doesnt make up for a device that requires over an hour of tech support every other week. If you have the time to and enjoy chatting for an hour or so with tech support on a regular basis, this is the device for you. Otherwise try something else.

Stay away from this product. After 2 hours trying to activate with Simple Mobile and BestBuy without success, we decided to return it. Simple Mobile couldn't activate the card since they said BestBuy has to activate the device first, Bestbuy said its activated after some back and forth we stopped trying. Safe your time!

Yes really works but if you love watching Netflix, is not recommended because really quick used all my datas i really didn't like it to be honest!

Will be returning. It doesn't work in the location that I was goping it would.

I use this for my small business. It's great having my own personal internet connection where ever I go to conduct my business.

Perfect for what we needed, would recommend. It does expire after 3 months if all data is not used

Very convenient since I work remotely and sometimes the home internet is down or when needing to travel while working.

I bought this hoping i could watch roku in a none wifi area. It worked great for that and i was pleasantly surprised how little data it took

This unit itself works but the support is terrible. Best Buy didn’t activate it prior to shipping which their support team claims they should, they can’t locate an account, calls to support disconnect. More hassle than it’s worth. Do not buy.

Works great!!! I work out of my car and this has saved me time and money!! It has even made my cell phone work in areas it usually never did before.

I travel often and would rather not connect to Free internet anywhere, this is definitely the way to go if you feel the same about free internet

Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Device does not work and is a waste of money, I bought one and Best Buy did not scan it properly and it did not work. I also bought the mobile hotspot card to go with it. They apologized for the error and that it was faulty on their end, but would not refund. Customer service was awful. Will not go back. Wasted my money and never fixed the problem.

Every time I reup on internet I have to call of messages customer service to have them reset the device. It’s a huge pain and expensive.
