Terrible, took it back. Who needs a hotspot for an airport that provides free wifi and doesnt even work outside the country?

Had this thing since last week of June and now it wont hold a charge. Pure junk

After 2 days watching 4 episodes on my kindle i already ran out giga bytes or minutes what have you it didn't let me connect to internet on the third day after i purchase it if i wanted more gigabytes i have to pay another 56.00 bucks after i just paid a hundred to get it started up and already i have to pay again it's not worth it

Great addition to the RV when traveling. Simplifies internet connectivity. My only issue was the device was not properly activated before being delivered. I had to return it to the store and have it replaced.

Worked great while camping! T-Mobile would not work but this gave us WiFi!

Buyer beware. Did not work straight out of the box. Simple mobile said there was an issue with the Sim. Was told I could buy any new simple mobile Sim. After going to multiple stores I finally found a new Sim. Simple mobile then said the sim was for the wrong carrier even though it was a simple mobile sim. Unfortunately, I already purchased, the prepaid card as well. Waste of time and money. Do not buy.

This item is truly a waste of money. The sim cards they include in this hotspot are NOT supported by Simple Mobile anymore. Think you can simply go and buy a new Sim card from Simple Mobile that would work? Think again. None of their other Sim cards are compatible with a hot spot. This item was truly a waste of money

The Moxee 4 No-Contract Hotspot has been a pleasant surprise allowing us to watch television many many miles away from city centers.

Got this for my son last month. Arrived quick. You have to buy a simply mobile hotspot card online for like $40 in order to get WiFi.

This device was not worth the money I spent. It was hard to connect and it didn’t last long.

Works great at our new home when cell phone connection is not great. We use it for camera only.

Be prepared to return it. VERY slow speeds in my area (.5 to 5 Mbps, in Melbourne, FL). Signal strength is good, but speed tests show very poor throughput speeds. Customer service is polite, but a) unable to resolve the problem, and b) Call back system failed repeatedly, requiring me to call 5 times, each time with a 30 minute wait time, and a 50% success rate with the "call back" system. In all, an unsatisfactory product and associated service. Not recommended.

Did not work. Was on customer service call for hours waiting to get assistance.

Best Buy did not scan it properly so I spent 3 days on the phone with the support team for them to tell me they are working on it and the simple mobile support to say it’s still not working so I end up throwing it away.

Great product. It was exactly what I needed and Best Buy had it in stock and ready to go. Easily integrated into the home network and elsewhere as a roaming hotspot.

**Make sure to ask if this specific device is compatible with the Simple Mobile Service. As I tried to activate my hotspot, I discovered this is an older piece of equipment that is no longer compatible with the service it comes with - Best Buy said this has been a common problem with this company. So I had to return it and also lost money on the activation card I bought for it.

Bought this for my daughter so she could have wifi to watch on her tablet && i must say it actually works prettywell !!! Hey my daughters a happy camper then so is her mama :)

The item itself is okay, just be sure to check into the prices and GB of the plan you buy with the hot spot. It's rediculus, we ran out with in the first 12 hours....
