Lots of Moxee

I've called the Simple Mobile customer service line multiple times and no representatives are ever available and the call disconnects.

Bad product, service, and supplier. Very disappointed!

Not worth the trouble

Once the initial month ran out, I'm having a really hard time being able to refill it as the Tracfone somehow can't find my serial number even though it is in the back of my device. Unless Tracfone can get it working somehow, I'm stuck with a papeweight. I'd avoid this company
