I really don't know what to say here. I purchased this for my townhome association to run our 3 irrigation system stations

This is not compatible with Consumer cellular service as i had been misinformed by Best Buy chat representative. Requires a Simple Mobile service plan as per chat with Simple Mobile representative. Will return unused and not activated. If you want Consumer cellular compatibility, buy one of their cellphones, install their mobile hotspot sim card and change settings on cellphone to work as dedicated wifi hotspot.

It barely works , even though it’s been fully charged and everything. I wouldn’t beat this kind of hotspot for wifi.

It doesn’t keep charge.I have to keep it constantly plugged in

when it works it works well but i have spent more time on the phone trying to resolve issues than I want to think about

Mobile Hotspot didn't work. BTW, the young lady that charged my card was extremely rude, She was more interested in talking about her schedule and left me standing there, completely ignoring me. didn't apologize when I brought it up. I have not had the time to return it because it is very far

A terrific tool and works great when you purchase a 40 gig card, that's what I use so that's why I recommend it highly.

returned product as we were unable to activate product on line; upon calling the customer service number we discovered the SIM card within device was no longer valid; told to return device or buy new SIM card for activation

Dont buy this item. It was such a disappointment. I took me hours trying to get it to work. Finally i gave up and returned it. Simple mobile was just horrible trying to assist me. They called me names and i just couldn’t tolerate that.

In a rental house while our house is being built. I’m glad we went this route for future use with traveling with our kids.

Great Purchase great for WiFi never underestimate the power of the hotspot I use it every day and night no need for data on your phone I highly recommend this

Not real pleased with it wifi is very spoty. Can't connect half the time. Very frustrating to want to get into my email and can't.

Worse product I have ever purchased. My second day to have this product I spent about 12 hours with tech support. They had me do everything to make it work. Moreover, tech support kept disconnecting me. (I stopped counting at 7 times.) Terrible, terrible product.

Horrible, stops working after 8 minutes. Can’t return it either.

Excellent buy on a hotspot we went to Las Vegas, Salt Lake, Colorado, Arizona and Wyoming service never failed as of now.

Unstable Internet even with a full bar 4G LTE. Static location, device is at the window. Full bar of 4G LTE. Strong WiFi signal at computer (8 feet away from the hot spot) ... Loosing Internet connection every 10-15min Don't recommend...
