Like seriously…the one I purchased isn’t even on the tracphone, T-Mobile or any service…I spent a hour with customer service who couldn’t even figure it until a hour later and their response “buy a Verizon SIM card and then it’ll work since it’s on their network” well that solves the mystery of why it’s on sale…In the words of the mystery van crew, they almost got away with It too

My second day to have this product I spent about 12 hours with tech support. They had me do everything to make it work. Moreover, tech support kept disconnecting me. (I stopped counting at 7 times.) Terrible, terrible product.
