Stopped working after 4 days

Spent almost 2 hours with the technical support at Simple Mobile. The device was still not working. I got refund for the device but no refund for the $50+tax data card. The worst part - no hotspot during the period that I needed.

Exceeded Expectations

I was really skeptical but for the price I thought it was worth the gamble. Ended up being worth every penny, came through with a solid signal everywhere i went!

SIM Card Old

I literally purchased it 9 days ago. Has it really been that long and even if it has, are there no quality assurance measures in place??
