Traveling hotspot

It did not work when I traveled overseas! It was hard to get set up and customer service was not very good! I would not recommend this item! If you do buy do not take out of the US!

Don't waste your time and money

I have been talking with customer service from SimpleMobile and BestBuy and nowhere to get help. I'm returning this and seek for other brands with better customer service.

Terrible purchase- cannot activate.

I have been unable to activate it as it was "scanned in" in correctly. I was told to contact the company and the company just wants me to contact Best Buy. I'm caught in limbo.

Sim not recognized
