Farley worked, when it did that would be after 30 min on the phone with the company trying to solve the problem..which was temporary fix.

Not great

I purchased this item for a young man who is mentally challenged but he can work with the internet very well. He even informed me that this item was not good. I did not have a chance to return it because I was helping care for this sick young man. I do not recommend it.

It did not work when I traveled overseas! It was hard to get set up and customer service was not very good! I would not recommend this item! If you do buy do not take out of the US!

It did not work at all, just literally said “No Service”. My cell phone works so I had hopes this would as well. Wasted money.

Terrible unactivable onsolete garbage

I returned mine and you should not buy this. Terrible experience.

Do not purchase from Best Buy

I ordered online and either it wasn't scanned or the IMEI is bad. Simple mobile said Best buy needed to rescan, Best buy said that simple mobile needs to activate, now stuck with something that is useless after the refund period is over.
