Poor service from the mobile carrier and no empath

I was a couple days past the return date and they would not take it back. I said I would even take store credit because the device is just useless. And yes I did call the carrier for troubleshooting to no avail.

Bad Customer Experience

She checked out the product incorrectly leaving me unable to use the unit. I had to get a replacement shipped from the manufacturer. HORRIBLE IN STORE EXPERIENCE
