Needed Internet im kinda on a budget so i got this however ive had simple mobile before and never had service i was reluctant to get this but i did. Unfortunately i cant get a signal maybe one bar on rare occasions two bars but mostly no bars. They claim to have the largest coverage area but no between were i work and home no service especially indoors(i dont think there singnal can get threw a tent) its risky to get it but maybe it will work for you

I’m sure device is fine, but after not using for some time the SIM card was deactivated. I purchased a Simple Mobile SIM card kit but their customer service was unable to activate it. Apparently, the cards were from a “different carrier” (Verizon). So now I’m out the money for the minutes and the SIM card kit, and apparently the hot spot.

The WORST service you can purchase. The customer service is horrible and the service is VERY slow. It would be in your best interest to spend a little more for better service.

Was very easy to activate and set up. To our surprise, it works better then expected being out in a rual area and lots of tree coverage.

Does the basic job of getting you internet, but does not work very well with any gaming systems.

It provides exactly what is advertised. Setup was reasonably easy, requiring only 35 minutes of my life. Beyond that, it provides emergency access to the net via wifi when it was needed.

Works really good in bad areas to connect to the hotspot

The most important unreliable service ever encountered. Bought 2 came with SIM CARD that cant be activated. Went back and bought 2 SIM kits and weren’t able to activate those. Waste of time for a product that just does not work.

The product itself works great, its the sales/activation process that turn me away. I purchased this wifi Hotspot because I wanted wifi on the go. When i get to the register im informed I must have a best buy account...weird I thought. But I went along with it...... In order for the product to work you must purchase a plan via prepaid card. I chose my plan and when i went to pay for it I was informed of yet another unnecessary almost annoying suprise.... The activation code must be emailed to you! Why isnt it on the reciept??? True story, i was told to wait for an email by best buy staff but by the time i got home i wanted to use the net so I ended up setting it up with my credit card! To this day almost a month later i still havent received the code!! I just wasted $55 because i didnt have the time to go back to best buy before losing the reciept.

It works great! My daughter used it while traveling

a little trouble getting it started, but tech support was good and now it works flawlessly. 4G only, but if all you need is email and information searches, paired with a tablet or small laptop it can be a life saver when a phone alone will not cut it (as in printing, editing, etc.). only pay for the months you need it. no contract required.

A good one for sure, easy to use. The only Thing scan be TMobile network. But is ok fo the road
