It works great! My daughter used it while traveling

Cheap no frills hotspot. Works well and no complaints.

a little trouble getting it started, but tech support was good and now it works flawlessly. 4G only, but if all you need is email and information searches, paired with a tablet or small laptop it can be a life saver when a phone alone will not cut it (as in printing, editing, etc.). only pay for the months you need it. no contract required.

The product itself works great, its the sales/activation process that turn me away. I purchased this wifi Hotspot because I wanted wifi on the go. When i get to the register im informed I must have a best buy account...weird I thought. But I went along with it...... In order for the product to work you must purchase a plan via prepaid card. I chose my plan and when i went to pay for it I was informed of yet another unnecessary almost annoying suprise.... The activation code must be emailed to you! Why isnt it on the reciept??? True story, i was told to wait for an email by best buy staff but by the time i got home i wanted to use the net so I ended up setting it up with my credit card! To this day almost a month later i still havent received the code!! I just wasted $55 because i didnt have the time to go back to best buy before losing the reciept.

A good one for sure, easy to use. The only Thing scan be TMobile network. But is ok fo the road

Terrific, Weren’t traveling through the Shasta mountains with no signal came in perfect. I was able to complete my work assignments.

I'm not impressed. I've had to buy (FOUR) 40gb service cards in a single month and i haven't even had the device a full month.

Works just fine. Great backup internet for our family when remote learning and working. Battery lasts most of the day...depending on how many people are using it. For some reason the pictures on the BB website don't show it but it has a small screen that provides useful information like network, battery and status.

Network connection worked well. Had decent range. Only qualm was the limited choices of GB plans.

Horrible. Customer service... Horrible. Performance... Horrible. Using up my 50 buck 40gig card if it works through it. Next....

It worked REALLY well for the first day. Then over the course of the next week it dwindled down until it was no longer working anymore.

It’s impossible to activate if you buy on line . Store could help to activate .simple mobile on line support is is waste of time .
