Great wifi hotspot at home or on the road

Battery lasts most of the day...depending on how many people are using it. For some reason the pictures on the BB website don't show it but it has a small screen that provides useful information like network, battery and status.

Complete Joke!!

Hotspot came with a SIM card that is not compatible with the hotspot. Couldn’t get anyone to send me a new SIM card (Simple Mobile or Best Buy). Tried to just return the thing and was told I have to drive 45 minutes to store to return. Couldn’t get Best Buy to send me a shipping label so I could return. Honestly had never been so frustrated with a product or customer service in my life!
