I love it, I use it when I’m not at home working or even if my internet at home goes out I can still use it when I need it.

I bought this to work from home while my WiFi was down for a few days. I purchased along with 40gb of data and setup was quick and easy. I had my laptop and phone connected to the device and everything processed very quickly, did not see a difference from my regular WiFi. Battery life is decent, you can get a couple hours before having to plug in. This was a great affordable option to have in a pinch.

This device worked for well the first few days but the next week it just stopped working. The screen always says “no SIM” and the bars always have a big X on them. Called simple mobile to figure out what was happening and after days and hours with customer support, they could not resolve the issue. Don’t buy it’s a waste of money. I’d go with something from your phone carriers instead.

Moved, and our new internet installation was delayed. I needed something I could use at home for all my basic work needs, and this works great. Works well for streaming, too. Simple device, easy setup, and does what it needs to do. It was a huge relief to have my own network I could work on securely at home. It'll be nice to be able to take this traveling as well. Would recommend!

Not bad. Works as expected. I was able to stream school lectures without any connectivity issues.

Everything arrived safely and the product worked as expected.

I'm pretty happy with the layout. I've had to use hotspots before but I wasn't able to see the data info without logging on to their website. This was a really nice feature. Easy to set up and use.

Easy to set up. You must be near a cell phone tower or no wi-fi hot spot will be generated. Once positioned properly,unit worked well.

Bought to be able to work remote during a month at a summer lake house. The SimpleMobile Moxie hotspot worked exceptionally well in a very remote part of Alabama. With 1 bar available from the Moxie hotspot, my wife and I were able to work continuously, stay logged in and take video calls. I was even able to stream live PPV UFC fights from my laptop to a TV via HDMI for friends at the lake who get little to no internet service. It works really well, especially to work remote.

I wish i could say my experience with Best Buy & Simple Mobile was great.. i can not unfortuantely. I've spent 5 days with repeated calls to Simple Mobile technically support and TWO visits to the Best Buy stores to activate my device.. with no luck whatsoever... Best buy messed up scanning in the device at my purchase and had to rescan it... now despite being rescanned, Simple says they still can't see the device and can't activate it... thier website keeps telling me the SIM card is active.. so because of this i can't even try to activate the plan i purchased or even simply to create an acct... it's beyond me that they can't remotely activite my device, a simple task to associate a serial number and SIM.... it's not rocket science here, from my experience... chose another service option... the device, i can't even tell you if it works, and that tells you everything you need to know!!!!

I got it for my bedroom bc i have no access from my wifi upstairs.... it works great

Bought this to take it on a trip to my grandfathers lake that doesn’t have internet for the kiddos to watch cartoons when they woke up. Only got 1 bar but still did the job. I fully charged it before the first use. However, after that I had to keep plugging it in because it would die in a matter of minutes off a full charge. I am not talking about 120 minutes, I’m talking about 10 minutes. If you keep it on charge for over an hour, it gets very hot!

Small and great for what I need it for but the set up is complicated.

Does what I need it to do with no problems, good battery life and easy to carry around as well.

This worked grate for me! I just needed WiFi for my phone and child tablet! Streaming and gaming on phones work great

Good signal for the playstation. Haven't used it for the computer yet.

It is not as fast as I have experienced other devices in the past. It is slow to connect to my device. It is slow to display in networks. When it is up and running, it does a good job. Set up was difficult at first. DO NOT USE THE MANUAL FOR SET UP (i .e. the website listed) CALL THE NUMBER AND USE INFORMATION LOCATED ON DEVICE.

If you really need something, then this may be a good idea. However, if you are looking for high speed, you should pass on this. I am not sure if it is SimpleMobile or if it is this unit since this is my first time using their service and device as a temporary wifi replacement. It took 5 hrs for BestBuy to send the digital SimpleMobile Plan that was purchased with this device, so if you need it urgently, buy the card in person or use a credit card when activating the unit. Also, plan to be on the phone with their reps for a while. Their service isn't great and the technical support is mediocre. Last note, to change the settings you will need to set up the unit to work, while connected to the wifi, you log into your IP address on the booklet. The 5g and 2g wavelengths cannot be used at the same time for some reason, despite trying to change the settings.
