I've had for 2 months now and im used to it, the first time i used it, i froze my yogurt and a container of cottage cheese. I couldn't get the temp right and ended up getting it cold them turning it off. I pulled out the instructions again and programmed it differently and now its working great so i would suggest reading the instructions and really understanding what the different functions do and what degree each function cools too. Its small and compact, don't think the size of a day cooler to the park, much smaller space inside. But for on the road work like i do, where i want to keep healthy food cold and my coffee creamer refrigerated this is perfect. I was using a regular cooler but was gassing to buy ice to keep it cold, then had to drain the melted ice out, i just got tired of doing it so i invested in a car refrigerator. I will say that overnight when the car is not on and the lid stays closed the food and coffee creamer stay cold until the next morning.
