Still having difficulty returning the items
Twice received the item damaged. One return label received and waiting on the second one because it was not attached in an email.

Purchase 4 for my work trade shows. Had to put a stop on using coolers. Just hard to get and keep ice in them for a 4 day show. Per the reviews I hope I made a hood decision on the brand
