Not at all what we expected. Low quality expected more out of it. A better product

Easy to use and my grandson loved it. Uses it with friends

It’s not easy machine to used, but we made do with for thanksgiving it was life of party for holiday.

It would be much better if it had the latest music, and a one time payment for music downloads.

Quality sound is not the best, but for the money not bad. We all had a hard time figuring out how to use the screen. I decided to return mine, and find another machine after the holidays.

We purchased this item and had some problems with the power kicking off after 3-5 minutes of using it. We went to bestbuy and they gave us another power cord and we had the same problem.

Bought this machine for my 10yr old. Had to download apps and put in codes just to get the music. Not easy to use for her age. Nice machine but not worth the price

The Bluetooth rarely works and the sound quality is bad not to mention the microphone went out 2 days after purchase

I read the reviews good and bad but I was pressed for time and went ahead and baught this Singing Machine anyway. This was a Christmas gift and it worked well first time using it. the next time I tried using it it would not turn on at all and since a month had passed I could not return it to the store. I need a copy of the reciet to return it to manufacturer, It's almost April and I still havn't got around to getting it.

The one we purchased had a bad connection for the microphone. If you move the wire around, there is a annoying scratching sound.

Microphone not working and speakers to muffled. Only one microphone outlet was working. Speakers not loud enough.

Fridge is very spacious, Plenty of drawers for produce. Ice machine works very well.

Sucks you have to purchase the Karaoke songs separately. you only get 5 free songs.

This product seems to built of very cheap materials. I and its very complacated to use.

We got this for kiddos but the adults have just as much fun! This is the best gift and extremely easy to use. If you have kids prepare for a lot of concerts. LOL! OUTSTANDING karaoke player!!!!

This machine was great while it worked. We purchased it in April of 2018 for our son. We purchased him a bunch of new cd+g cds for Christmas. He plugged it in and nothing. It’s dead and gone. After looking up this model on the internet we now know this isn’t an isolated incident. 18 months of light use is not enough for the price. Also, I e-mailed customer service to find out our options, if any, four days ago and have received no response. We are disappointed. Our son is left with discs and nothing to play them on.
