Installation was professional and on time. Installer arrived on time and did a great job, the oven looks great and functions at top quality.

It's a shame. This is the second kitchen appliance Best Buy arranged to have installed in my home. The first crew sent out was convinced the oven would not fit so they rescheduled with installer with tools to enlarge the cutout. They took the oven back to the warehouse as I had no idea when the new appointment would take place and I didn't want the oven taking space in my condo. The second crew came after the weekend but left the oven at the warehouse. The third crew had to realign a natural gas regulator from vertical to horizontal to have proper height clearance. After that the oven slid right in without modification to the cutout. If they sent this third crew out on original appointment I would have rated the install 5 stars. 3rd times a charm? Can't highly recommend install service because no other options than to deliver and install myself.

Add removal of old product for 20 bucks, and save money. Otherwise most contractor installs are very expensive.

I was very please with the service. They were very professional. It took them a few minutes to install it and they did a good job.

There was a bit of a problem with installment & Geek Squad promptly came out & finished the job.

The install was smooth and quick. We had a very old oven we were replacing. The height measurements of the new oven were slightly smaller in height so the installer added some block to make it fit better. It was very nice.

The installation of our built in microwave went very well. The installer was polite and he did a great job on our installation. It looks great.

I hated to find out that there was an additional $125.00 cost of installation once the item was delivered.

We had some minor complications but the technician was able to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

The young man was very professional with our installation. He eased that oven in the little bit of space that the old GE was in. Was helpful with the questions we asked. Wish he could be the installer when I get my next appliance.

Poor service. I am very disappointed. I purchased Totaltech thinking it was going to save me money later. I have tried 3 times for installation with different products purchased from Best Buy. First time, my vehicle was stolen and I was late to arrive home. But I told the guy my ETA which was less than 10mins. He said that was fine. I hustled home to find out he never waited. The cameras show him leaving right after my call. Just say I need to reschedule. Don’t have me think I am still getting service. The second time the gentleman was nice and explained why they could not do the service install until all kitchen cabinets where built. Understandable months ago. Todays attempt in service installation we made sure I read and shared prep instructions with all parties involved. Access, outlet, etc. The installers get here and he is asking for studs and a vent. Well studs?vents? That’s what you are here to install. I don’t know the specifics but it’s not part of the prep. And from my understanding if the installers have to do any additional work to make sure the item is installed properly they would do the work and add the charge. No. Instead the young man says numbers and goes on about studs. Steps outside and says he would be right back. As I hear his truck pull off. I get a phone call from someone who is not here telling me the area was not prepped and ready for service. Of course at this point I’m beginning to get a little upset. I told her the items on the prep sheet were done. This person on the phone instead of understanding my frustrations. She cuts me off in my explanation to tell me “I said the word outlet wrong” . I said outlet but I guess I didn’t say it like she wanted. So she thought it was important to correct my grammar in the middle of me telling here the items that where done and checked off. Of course this tells me she is not prepared to fix whatever situation. This snooty young lady was already talking to me like I did something wrong. I didn’t appreciate her tone and the overall service on todays attempted installation. At this point I think I need a refund of the TotalTech membership.

The two gentlemen who showed up on time were very curtiouse and nice. They new what they were doing. They cleaned up after the installation and hauled away our old appliance.

Excellent service. Young guys working with a lot of desire and good attitude. They came on the day and time they said they would. Thank you.

Installation looks fine. Product fits properly in cabinet and works as expected.

They had to adjust the size of my cabinet opening and did a good job.

It works better than previous one, previous was a defect product.

Overall, I was super impressed with the installation process, from the initial measurement to the final install. The level of courteousness and professionalism was unmatched.

Chris was a thorough professional. Did an excellent job installing Cooktop and oven. He made sure everything was installed correctly. Incredibly happy with the installation.
