The installers did a great job installing the oven and were very polite. My only complaint is that I paid for the old oven to be hauled away and they had not been told to do so. Save your receipt

This Oven works better than the old one but the hole had to be cut bigger and it cost $175 more to fit in the space more. I was told that it should not cost that much.

My original oven was damaged, so they replaced. the second one had a piece that didn't fit right. While it couldn't be fixed, they did make it look not so bad.

Oven installed beautifully. I appreciated that the personnel wore masks and were able to connect my wall oven without the need to have an outside electrician.

The installation team at Best Buy was incredible. They arrived on time, made the necessary cuts in our cabinetry to accommodate the larger over, cleaned everything up, and went thought the features with us.

Great install. I was notified 45 minutes before installer arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick to install and cleaned up after himself. Before he left he offered advice on using the product.
