In home consult gone way wrong!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We wanted to upgrade our 25 year old oven and we were super excited to use Best Buy with our credit card and have no interest financing for 24 months. When we went to purchase the oven, we were told that we couldn’t just buy an oven—because someone had to come to our home to measure professionally. Well, she came out to measure and said “YEP! It’ll fit!” Waited two more weeks for the oven to come, and the cutout (it’s a wall oven in a cupboard) was TOO BIG! The oven didn’t fit, it basically would just fall into the hole and had nothing to hold on to. So we had to have our cabinet modified and it took another two weeks. The in home rep that did the measure was the same one trying to fix the issue. We were told we would get a refund for the install and haul away—but it took me 4 times messaging her and reminding her. She eventually stopped replying to my texts and didn’t return my phone calls. I will NEVER hire Best Buy again.
