This was a terrible buy. 3rd party that came to install didn’t know how to put in built in and they banged it so much that it has a loud noise when it starts. I have been trying to get them to exchange it or look at it since the 14 of feb and they have yet to co e do that. I have been the store twice talked to managers with no luck. Trim kit they scratched it. When I call if they don’t hang up they just keep transferring me I have spent hours and hours when I call. I will not buy anymore appliances from best buy. My built in Oven was also scratched they offered me a credit I have yet to rcv it. I still need my microwave finished so I need to prepare mentally because my I am so done with Best Buy. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I like the microwave but their 3 rd party doesn’t know how to install.

first time , installation was scheduled from 1- 4 pm. called at 4 pm , was told they would be at my house at 5 pm. no show, called and the lady said she would call to re-schedule, no phone call. called the salesperson at Best Buy who sold me the oven . she said she would call me back. no call, but she did schedule the installation and the oven was installed. paid my first month payment for an oven I did not have.
