3rd company installation is a 50-50
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I say is a 50/50 is because you don't know what you are going to get from the company that is doing the installation services. The 2 guys that showed up were doing a great job installing the oven in my kitchen but the lack of tools, parts and accessories made them look bad. There was a connection from the cook top that was preventing the oven going all the way to in and the same company did that installation a couple of days prior to the oven, and if that is one of the things you do all day long, well, I was expecting for this company to have the extra parts needed in order to complete the installation but no, they didn't have anything in their vehicle and I ended up doing the installation myself because basically what they did was just delivery and not finishing the installation of the oven. Of course bestbuy did not reimbursed the installation I paid for since the guys marked it as completed but I have the pictures and proof they did not and unfortunately, this was the 3rd time this 3rd party company doing the installation services on behalf of best buy did an awful job with my purchases. Best Buy needs to step up their game and hire true professionals for the appliances installation service.
