Check your oven & cabinet sizes matching well.

My cabinet was 1" short on the width and we needed to cut one side of the cabinet. It finally happened but after quite a few tries..The oven works great but very disappointed how my case was handled.

Worst buy

We not only purchased the microwave but a stove and purchased a protection plan with both. The installers for Best Buy dropped the microwave and the item has not worked properly since. We have called and received the run around from multiple agents with best buy. Each points the finger to a different division within the company, ie warehouse, sales, installers, marketers. From a customer perspective their operation of business is broken. We have had a minimum of 15 different appointments for best buy to pick up the broken item and bring a new one. Each time there has been a "No -show" with not even a courtesy call that they would not show up.

NON-Installation REFUND EXPECTED!!!!

Now can't get anyone to talk too me. I have purchased several thousand dollars in appliances from Best Buy and have received extremely poor customer service throughout the delivery process of my orders, but this takes the cake! If I am paying for "Installation" of a built-in microwave, the "installer" should expect to INSTALL the unit. I wouldn't pay an installation fee to plug it in and slide it in the hole, but that all their "Technician" was capable of? I will go back to Home Depot from now on

Limitations regarding installation

They were unable to install our new microwave because it would have required them cutting our cabinet just a little larger to fit the microwave in. It's fine that we had to do the install ourselves, but they had already taken the microwave out of the box and didn't leave us with any of the instructions, the screws for install, etc. They also refused to install our range hood because they stated it was a non-standard installation however, the installation was not customized - we were able to follow the standard installation instructions included ourselves to do the install.

Poor Customer Service

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had Best Buy Home Consultant come out and measure for fit, the Consultant measured and checked the wall ovens we had narrowed our choice down to and assured us the either one we chose would fit, no problem. So it was 4 - 5 week wait on installation and when installer arrived told use the unit would not fit, that modifications was needed and would need to reschedule, so did modifications and called next day to reschedule and was told it would be 6 weeks, and in the meantime we have been charged and started being billed on our account and haven't even received the unit or installation

One star is too much

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy claims they do pre measurements to make sure the appliances fit, especially when it’s a built in oven or microwave for your cabinets. Even with the pre measure, installers had to cut my cabinets and charge me $425 to do so. They stated Best Buy does this 80% of the time with non accurate or no pre measurements sent at all. What a joke! I pay for the total tech membership which includes free instAllation, but here I am still paying $400+. Don’t be fooled

Know before you buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This protection extends the warranty up to 24 months, but what you are really doing is buying an additional 12 months from Best Buy. The first 12 months is the manufacture warranty which is standard at no additional cost. My wall oven was delivered not functioning and Best Buy did nothing to get this fixed or offer assistance. I got the wall oven fixed by going through Whirlpool. If you add up the cost of the extended warranty Best Buy makes bank on these plans because they are only really offering to make repairs after the first 12 months, but you pay for 2 years!

The oven is sitting in my kitchen floor

Installer left was to come back and did not have the courtesy to call to say he not coming. It has been on my floor since Jan 2. I am not happy. I cannot give a review of the oven since I still have not used it.

(very unprofessional) It was good that I modified the cutout width as they were not prepared.

Bad pre-work by BBY meant horrible experience

This pre-work was performed by Bestbuy for Free and then we ordered an oven, a cook top and a fridge. The installation company arrived and installed the cook top and took my old oven out. However they couldn’t install the new oven. There wasn’t enough depth or width available without modifications. We suffered for 18 days. The installation company (XPO Logistics) was terrible. They banged our doors, walls and dented the new fridge. Despite their mistakes they wouldn’t make new appointment right away and made us wait. The BBY escalation team was a complete waste of time as well. The system doesn’t allow me to put zero starts so settling with a single star.

Not yet installed

I have been dealing with Best Buy and have had the case escalated with a case manager. The oven was first scheduled for installation over a week ago and the third party installed called in sick. We were only notified of this after myhis and waited the entire 4 hours of the appointment. I had two calls from a case manager that night and since then haven't heard from me. Apparently, he hasn't shown up to work either. When talking with the store and the geek squad, they were informing me the oven would be delivered yesterday. I questioned this because I never recieved notification. Well,upon further searching it was determined the oven would be delivered today??? Another day of waiting and wages lost! Never again will I choose to purchase an item with their installation.

Worst installation experience ever

Worst at home installation of anything I have ever experienced. They were bickering with each other one was yelling and kept shutting himself in my kids bathroom the other one was making remarks about hurting his coworker. There work was horrible and the one was super mad and screaming when I wouldn't take and sign off on the one piece that was damaged by them outside. After they left I installed the appliances that weren't damaged myself and fixed there poor work.
